I highly recommend Ben and his team at Treehuggers. They did some work for my dad and we found them responsive, professional and knowledgeable. They listened to what we were trying to accomplish and what the budget was and came up with a scope of work that met our needs and stayed within budget. They communicated with me for the details and also kept my dad engaged in the conversation which was much appreciated. They did not try and "oversell", they finished the project efficiently and in the expected time frame and left the site clean.

Ben and the Treehuggers team did a great job cleaning up a few old and sentimental trees that had seen better days. Ben responded very quickly to my initial reach out and met for a quote very quickly. Excellent communication and work!

Ben and his team were phenomenal. They took down 2 expired Maple Trees, and a Willow. Also pruned an extraordinary tall River Birch and Honey Locust. Stumps from Maples and Willow trees were grounded and all debris was removed.

We had 2 large maples at a rental property removed by Barretts Tree Service last week. Both of the trees were very big, about 10' from the house, with the canopy extending over the roof. We and our tenant hated to see them go but there were numerous large dead branches posing a danger to the house and occupants.

The work was scheduled over a week in advance giving us ample time to plan for anything that needed to be moved. The crew arrived early on the scheduled day and got right to work. It took them a lot less time than I thought it would to get the trees down and the areas cleaned up. The smaller branches were chipped and the larger pieces placed where we wanted them so we could cut and split them for firewood. The crew used large mats under the wheels of the heavy equipment so no damage was done to the lawn and their experience and professionalism ensured that there was no damage to the house.

The entire area was raked and cleaned and left in better shape than when they arrived. The final invoice for all the work was exactly the same as the estimate and that was very reasonable. I will hire them again if needed and recommend their services without reservation.

Barret’s Tree Service did an outstanding job removing my huge sugar maple. It had gotten old enough and with enough problem, branches that it was endangering my house and my neighbor’s house as well as their cars.

Isaac was very informative and discussed options with us. The team did good work tho I didn’t interact with them much. Overall we are very pleased. We understand that the shrubbery will “fill in” and will not look bare forever. Also discussed a favorite azalea and ongoing efforts to bring it back to its glory.

I’ve used Barrett’s -SavATree for many years now for my tree trimming, removal, and maintenance work and have been highly impressed by their professional jobs that they have given me at very reasonable prices. Recently I received an email from them for their snow removal service for my roof, after the last large snowfall my low pitch roof and rear deck had several feet of both snow and ice on them. The two workers that came brought all the necessary equipment, and then some, to complete the job in the in the time that I had been quoted, they worked non stop and did a fantastic job! When they were done I asked them if they could clear some extra snow that was not in the quote, they called and got permission and had cleaned up my snow mess and saved me hours of back breaking work. Vermont Arborists - SavATree is an exceptional company. Their team is highly skilled, and their pricing is incredibly fair given the scope of the work they perform. The job involved removing an 80-ft pine tree, a 100-ft maple tree, and an ash tree, all of which were extremely difficult to access, as they were located behind our newly renovated carriage house. To protect our investment, we had previously taken steps to remove any leaning or weak trees near the house. The SavATree crew began work promptly at 8 a.m. and finished around 3:30 p.m. It was truly impressive to witness, and no video could fully capture the magnitude of the task.
