Didn"t show up when arranged. Called two weeks later with excuses. Found someone else that showed up when supposed to and gave a fair price

Excellent service. Bill and Renee were professional and went above and beyond. Very nice people and my yard has so much sun and views from the porch now. Very happy.

They did not show up to do the work they agreed to do. Multiple calls have gone unanswered. If you can't do the work then you need to communicate this. Don't leave your customers waiting for months. Definitely not a successful business model.

We had a semi-emergency situation with a tree falling and a really tricky site to navigate with large equipment. WTS showed up quickly for an estimate and was able to turn around the job in less than a week. They listened to our concerns about the possible damage to the surrounding landscape during the tree removal and did their best to minimize impact to the site. It was a pleasure to work with them!

Affordable and effective

It is nearly impossible to find a business as responsive and helpful as Greater Bangor Area Stump Grinding. I'm very impressed and will recommend them to all my friends and family.

Huge shoutout to the incredible Nor' East Tree Care Inc. that tackled a massive job on our little island yesterday! They hopped on our TINY boat at 8AM without hesitation, spent 12 straight hours out here with zero complaints (tides held them hostage, not me!!), and handled everything like absolute pros.

The trees hovering dangerously over our buildings on Cow Island are gone, we have absolutely no damage, and did I mention they SPECIFICALLY cut the wood to 4 foot lengths because I'm tiny and I was like I can't carry anything bigger??

Not only were they professional and wildly knowledgeable, but watching them work was like witnessing art in motion—seriously. I just stood there in awe, like I was watching someone paint a masterpiece, except it was chainsaws, rigging, and pure talent.

If you ever need tree work done—especially in hard-to-reach places—this is the crew you want. 💯👏

Greg and his team took down two large trees at my home. All work was done successfully and safety. They cleaned up very well also. I would have them work at my home anytime.

Excellent work! They did a great job cleaning up after removal of a giant diseased tree and another smaller tree. It is hard to find a reputable tree service in this area and we are very pleased with Greg and his staff. Difficult job, well done!
