Here is a account of my recent appliance delivery experience:

1. To their credit, scheduling and communication prior to delivery were handled smoothly via text message, including a confirmed delivery window.

2. Upon arrival, the delivery truck was partially driven onto the lawn, resulting in damage to the lawn.

3. The delivery crew provided minimal verbal communication throughout the process.

4. After placing two appliances inside the home, the crew moved the around the corner (why?), then returned and drove over the lawn a second time.

5. The crew brought the washer and dryer upstairs but left the dryer on the floor. They declined to connect either unit, despite a phone confirmation the previous day that they would. They blame the appliance shop.

6. The crew refused to deliver two additional appliances to their designated locations, citing an obstructed path due to a railing. Don't moving companies move things? They offered to come back sometime in the future to finish (?).

7. Communication from the crew ceased. I requested that the remaining appliances at least be placed in the garage, which they eventually did.

8. The crew prepared to leave without completing installation or proper placement. The refrigerator was not aligned in its space, and the washer and dryer were not stacked. After I pointed this out right as they were trying to drive away, they completed those tasks before departing.

10. Later the same day, I hired a separate crew on an emergency basis to finish the delivery and installation at HUGE additional cost.

11. When I contacted the company, they offered a $35 refund for inconvenience and a $70 refund for the two appliances that were not hauled away, for a total of $105. $35 for royally screwing up the delivery is insulting.

From my perspective, they did great on this deal and I got absolutely hosed. They left me high and dry.

From reading other customer reviews, experiences appear to vary significantly depending on the assigned delivery crew. It's really not worth the gamble.

I would not gamble on this company again.

We have had several moves with Trend. They kept me informed every step of the way. The guys were great! Very polite and professional. We moved into a new home, and they took exceptional care with our belongings and home. Would highly recommend!

Our move with Trend Moving from Pelham, NH to Old Orchard, ME was a mixed experience—and unfortunately, the negatives far outweighed the positives. The crew in Pelham did a great job packing and handling our belongings with care. However, the crew that handled the delivery in Old Orchard was careless and unprofessional.

The truck was packed poorly, which led to several pieces of furniture being broken or scratched. We also found markings on the walls of our new home. I reached out to Vincent, the sales rep I had worked with, to report the damage and express our concerns, but I never received a response.

The lack of accountability and the damage caused during the move were extremely disappointing. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Trend Moving.

From beginning to end, this was a great process. I completed my booking with Ben who was very kind and helpful (and patient with all of my questions). On the day of the move, David and Blake were great! They were both very friendly, explained what they were doing, and made the whole process feel very smooth. A few items did get damaged unfortunately, but that’s to be expected with any move. Everyone I encountered was extremely pleasant and easy to work with. Overall it was a great experience. I would recommend to a friend and would use again.

Needed to move a baby grand piano from one residence to a new home. The team was on time, very polite, and the team worked well together for a seamless move. Extremely satisfied from the time of making the reservation with Ben to the completion of the move with Dan and his team

Great experience from start to finish. He finished my basement and handled the bathroom, doors, flooring, and central AC. He was very helpful, patient, and always took the time to explain things and make sure everything was done the right way.

He showed up on time, kept the work area clean, and stayed on schedule. You can tell he cares about the quality of his work, not just getting the job done. On top of all that, he also does snow blowing and does a great job with it, which has been a huge help. Everything came out exactly how I wanted. I’d definitely use him again and highly recommend him.

Needed my pellet stove serviced. Steven got it done quickly. Taught me what I needed to know to make sure my family stayed save from possible CO2 exposure with no judgement.

We had mini splits installed by Mr. McGrath and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Communication was clear, the pricing was fair, and the quality of the installation was excellent.

He showed up on time, worked neatly, and made sure everything was done right. The units were installed cleanly, explained thoroughly, and are working perfectly. It’s clear he knows his stuff and takes pride in his work. We really appreciated how smooth the whole process was and how respectful he was of our home.

Excellent experience with MyTreeMen. The owner replied to my work request immediately and came to my house the same day to provide a cost quote. They were able to remove a very large tree with in 24 hours. My yard was spotless when they were done. I highly recommend Kathy and her team.

MyTreeMen took down a very large tree from my property at a competitive rate. Safely and without any issues. They also arranged for the stump removal. Very satisfied customer.

The best experience ever! I called MyTreeMen on a Saturday afternoon with a "tree situation" and Cathy came out same day, provided us an estimate, and Monday morning we had two less trees. The crew was efficient, respectful, and did an awesome job. We were so impressed with the professionalism of Cathy and the crew that we asked for an estimate to remove 6 more trees. A week later they returned, completed the job with precision, and cleaned up immaculately. I highly recommend MyTreeMen they are trustworthy and reliable.

We live in a residential area that is surrounded by tall trees. Over time, tall trees might become a problem for various reasons. Our process is to take bids based on our needs, reviews of prospective vendors and budget. My Tree Men was the service provider that we used in our latest tree removal. They provided us with an estimate of costs, and the details of the removal route and staging area and the cost of the service. The price was good; the workers were exceptional and the clean up was above average. I would definitely use them in the future to meet our needs. They did exactly what they promised.

Mytreemen provided excellent service from start to finish. I talked to Cathy who help setup an immediate meeting (the same day for me) to provide a proposal for the work needed to be done. The company's crew was fast and efficient. Especially, with the cleanup of the debris from the cutting and removal of several trees.

I hired this company to prune several large trees at my residence and they did an excellent job. The crew arrived on time, were courteous, and clearly knew what they were doing. They removed dead and overhanging branches, improved the shape and health of the trees, and made everything look much cleaner and safer around the house.

I had a really wonderful experience working with Cathy and her team. From the initial quote to the completion of the project, everything was handled very efficiently. The quote was fair, and Cathy was such a delightful person to communicate with- responsive, clear and easy to work with throughout the whole process.

What impressed me most was their skill and efficiency. I have two large trees very close to my house, with the tops extending over the roof and the job definitely required experience and careful work. The crew showed strong technical skills and worked with impressive efficiency. They finished the job in a timely manner, and when they were done, the yard was left clean and tidy.

Overall, I’m very happy with the entire experience. If I ever need tree services again in the future, they would definitely be my first choice.

My family and I have used 3gtree service for
3 different occasions and they give fair quotes, and work like a well oiled machine. Timely, Respectful and Diligently. They clean up and remove all mess and debris.

Our yard and fences were damaged by Hurricane Helene. Polo and 3G trees did a fantastic job of clearing everything safely. One tree had to be removed by a large crane over our home. Another 100+ foot had to be climbed and removed. They were quick, quality, and professional. After they removed the trees, they cleaned all debris and graded over the yard which wasn’t expected. Highly recommend this out of town (for us) tree service!
