We were given the contact information by my MIL's housing department. Called the week of for quick service. They were right on time, professional, and quiet (according to the neighbors). Quck work of tasks once shown and a reasonable price. No issues and will use again.

I had a wonderful experience with Starving Artists this weekend. The crew was polite, quiet and professional. They worked quickly and took great care with my belongings. They wrapped every piece of furniture - which was something that didn't happen during my move with another company a few months ago. The move was quick and painless. I would definitely work with this Starving Artists location again!

Getting our annual flowers for planting, it didn't seem to have a very large variety this year, and there were no small six packs ProFlowers to purchase need to fix that guy's

The cashier was very helpful. I told her what I was looking for. She pointed me to the right spot. I was in and out in 5 minutes

If I could give 0 stars i would give a -10 the rudest cashier in my 41 years on this planet! The lady made me wait to check me out so she could read the rest of her chapter of her book I'm so sorry I thought when you were at WORK you ACTUALLY WORKED! I'll never go in lowes again and they will never see a penny of my money or anyone I know plus the 1000 I spend a week for my business supplies home depot will get my business from this day forward! Shame on you lowes for letting customers get treated this way😮

I said hello to a girl that was behind the counter drawing on the counter. Mumbled hi, without looking,g at me. Asked a question of availability on something. Not only didn't she have any idea what I was talking about, she directed me inside to one of the aisles. When I asked her where in the store it was, she sighed., and said next to this other aisle. Not being a Lowe's frequent flyer I still had no idea where she was talking about. WORST customer service ever!

Many items that were once sold in the store , are now only available online...makes me sad.

Employees were extremely helpful an went above an beyond to help!

SCAM SCAM SCAM DONT GO THERE! They Rob you right to your face! They will tell you one price and then have you unload it so when you go back to collect, they tell you the price has changed. Then when you complain they tell you to go load back up if I want, Unbelievable, shut this place down!

I have been a loyal customer for three years. NO MORE. Recently my billing has been wrong and despite Casella's promises to correct it, it still is screwed up. Ok, I get things happen. But recently I needed a roll off dumpster to clean up some construction debris. I arranged the delivery a full week in advance. I had a crew on site the morning when the dumpster was to arrive. No dumpster. This is despite me arranging it a week in advance and making several follow up phone calls during the days leading up to the day of delivery to confirm. Nevertheless, Casella was a no show. I paid people by the hour to wait, and wait. When I called to find out what was going on no one could tell me when, or if it would arrive but, worse, they didn't care if one got there or not. Clearly our three year business relationship meant nothing to Casella, so, I have moved on to another vendor. I am sure Casella doesn't care. But beware, if you do business with them, they could not care less about doing business with you. You'll find that out when you really need them to come through for you. From my prospective, I rather do business with a company that at least acts like my business is important to them.

Be careful when you go. I've been twice now during posted hours and they've been closed. My wife just went (new year's eve) an hour before closing time and they were already closed. She called the Casella office to see what was going on and the dispatcher didn't have any record of them closing early. As far as she was concerned they were supposed to be open still. Multiple other cars had their blinker on to go in but had to turn around. I've heard from other people they go during the last 30 minutes of business hours and they already have the gate locked. It's hard enough to get there by 4:00 but especially when they close at random times.

I have never written a review on a company, good or bad, so this shows my level of frustration with Casella. By far, THE WORST service I have received from a company. New to the area, I arranged for them to take care of our trash removal. Because of the service area they would only service every other week. I didn’t think that was great, but I could make it work. EXCEPT, they just wouldn’t show up for pick up and then tell me they couldn’t come out for another two weeks! Out of 10 possible pick ups (before I finally had enough and cancelled) they successfully picked up our trash TWO times! What am I supposed to do with a months worth of trash?! It became VERY CLEAR that Casella doesn’t care about the small accounts. No communication, no follow up, no accountability (drivers would say they came but our cameras tell a different story), and no solutions. I would recommend them to NOBODY!

Was looking not dispose of a double bed. Mattress and boxspring, $90! Then with the side rails, small head and footboard… done by weight with a $25 minimum! Crooks!

Used to be a good place to take your trash. $10 minimum for a load of trash which was better than paying a ridiculous amount of money for Concords purple bags. That changed in an instant. July 1st the $10 minimum went to a whopping $25 minimum. What is wrong with you guys? Guess what,now the previously overpriced purple bags from Concord is suddenly a bargain. Good luck with your business moving forward. You’re gonna need it. We won’t be going there anymore and hopefully more people read this and stay away.

Great for general disposal. If you have any metal instead of paying by weight to dispose of it go to the local metal recycler in Concord and get PAID for it! They take appliances and many other items you have to pay Casella to take! Then Casella takes the metal there and make money. For example, 1 pound propane tanks Casella charges $12 each! Take them to the recycler and they pay you.

We had Purmore for years until they were taken over by Cassella, we never had any issues with our weekly curbside trash pick up. Casella seems to pick up whenever they feel like it. We called them today as our trash has been sitting at the end of the driveway for 3 days. According to them, they don't do curbside trash pickup for the duration of "mud season" (mind you we live on a paved road) but they will still continue charging us the curbside pickup rate for us to drive the trash to a secondary location for them to pick up. When we requested a refund for what we have already paid for curbside pickup for this month, they refused stating that they couldn't refund us because they were providing a place for us to bring our trash, something that the town already provides for free. Looks like we'll be going back to the town dump. Not interested in doing business with a company who cares so little for its customers.

Excellent Service

José and Rubin from Trend Deliveries were outstanding. They removed a Bosch refrigerator that wasn’t true counter-depth and installed our new GE Profile with care and precision. They were extremely polite, friendly, and professional, and treated our home with real respect. They took their time, explained everything, and made the whole process stress-free. Exceptional service — highly recommend!

Omar and John were great! They were able to schedule a date and time that worked for me and they called about 5 min before arrival. Once arrived, they brought the large box in between the two of them without damaging property. They did a fantastic job setting up the treadmill and as they worked, they left a clean and organized work space. They also made sure everything was in the right place, secure, even, and stable. When they finished, they made sure to show me that it was in good working order and where all the buttons were before they left. Overall they did an awesome job and I would highly recommend to others looking to use their services. Thanks guys!

We purchased a large washer & dryer. Jose Perez and Ruben Diaz delivered them. They were on time and very professional. They were extremely careful bringing them into our basement a bit of a challenge. They assembled the accessories and set up the washer and dryer. They connected all the fitting and tested both machines. After they finished they cleaned both inside and out taking all the trash with them. I would definitely use them again! Thank again!
