I have nothing but great things to say about the Pinnacle team that helped us out this week. We had a very tall tree split apart into three pieces, and it was leaning precariously over both our garage and the neighbor's. Greg and his team decided to get it on the ground the same day they came out to assess it, even though it meant working until sunset. They then came back the very next day to clean away the debris. Everyone was very friendly and professional and worked really hard. We really appreciate it!

They did an excellent job at a fair price. The project was somewhat complicated, a couple other tree services refused to do the job, but Pinnacle was able to quickly get us taken care of. They were very professional and did everything exactly how we wanted.

Pinnacle removed a large ash tree at my home in Bath. Excellent experience, from start to finish. Greg came out very soon after I reached out, and gave me a favorable estimate on the spot. The crew was very efficient in taking down the tree and did a great job with cleanup. Highly recommend.

Working with the Pinnacle team was a pleasure start to finish. They were personable, professional and extremely competent. The removed a 100+ ft pine tree from a very hard to access area on short notice, near the holidays and made the whole thing as painless as possible. Highly recommend!

Pinnacle Tree is top-notch, from the initial meeting with Greg, assessing the tree situation, to the day they arrived, a total pleasure to deal with. Damien and John showed up with the large bucket truck, and decided that Damien would climb one big maple that had been broken in a storm, while John worked with the truck to remove a couple of ash trees that were leaning dangerously close to our house. The job had its challenges, and those guys just did what had to be done. They did a great job, and I am very pleased with Pinnacle. Thank You, Pinnacle Tree, we WILL see you here again!

This special very old ( approx. 250 yrs) chestnut tree got wonderful care and cabling today. The came on time and did a wonderful job. Look closely at the yard - not one trimming left behind. Thank you to Damian & Jeremiah

Pinnacle was wonderful to work with! As a busy homeowner sometimes it’s tough to nail down quality services. Greg and his guys came when they said, even cleaned up afterwards! They were the best… not even a leaf left behind. They will be doing any of my tree work forever! Neighbors were satisfied with access up and down the street- No complaints. A+ i would give 10 stars if I could.

We highly recommend Poulin Tree. We had a very tall dead oak tree, close to our power lines, propane tanks, and house. He was very careful cutting limbs off and dropping them safely. They came out quickly, and were reasonable. Thanks so much!

Andrew did an amazing job clearing out 10+ huge Pine and Oaks from around our home. We now have our grass growing again.

The Poulin tree service crew were very professional and knowledgeable on how to remove our tree safely and timely… we had a pine tree that was approximately 54” inches diameter and approximately 120’ tall, two huge branches that overhung two different parts of our house, and forked twice in the canopy, and approximately 12 feet from the back of the house… the use of a crane made it easy for them to care for the debris , the expertise in their dismantling of the tree was apparent in the ease and time it took for them to complete the job… There were no mishaps or near misses during the operation… The cleanup was excellent and no unwanted debris was left on site… I would recommend this company to anyone…

Wonderful service from start to finish. The crew was fast, professional, and left the area spotless. Their pricing was very reasonable, and they handled a challenging job with impressive skill. My two maple trees were about 80 feet tall, and the work area was quite limited, but everything was removed safely and precisely. I was extremely pleased with the results and would definitely hire them again. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of tree removal services.

Highly recommend Poulin Tree. Andrew and his crew removed several huge pine trees from our property, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. Andrew was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly knows what he’s doing, which really matters when you’re dealing with trees that are close to your house. Aaron has done an amazing job treating our oak trees on Casco Bay for Browntail moth infestation and also our hemlocks for the woolly adelgid aphid. He also helped us take down a couple trees and haul away the waist. He’s been amazingly accommodative, super nice, very professional and he’s helped numerous of our other neighbors in the hood. Awesome and I’d recommend him to anybody!!

Black Bear Tree Care is awesome! Ryan quickly provided me with a very fair and reasonable quote to cut down a huge tree and grind 2 stumps. He called me about the quote to explain a few things and then provided very timely service. If you need service cutting down trees or grinding stumps I'd highly recommend you use Black Bear Tree Care... you'll be very happy you did!

I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the job that Aaron and Lori did for us. We had a huge project - 15+ trees, most around other trees, lines, etc.- and they did everything from removing 30ish foot pines to practically picking up the needles. If not for the occasional patch of sawdust (and newly abundant sunlight,) you might not notice they were even there. They communicated with us at every step and made any adjustments we needed, while also giving us great advice and ideas of their own. The price for all this was way more than fair. I won't hesitate to use them again and to recommend them to anyone I know needing this type of service.

Aaron did excellent work, removing and pruning our trees. Some were in difficult locations, near power lines, and most required the use of his bucket. Aaron and his wife also cleaned up all debris afterwards. Aaron is very knowledgeable about trees and helped us evaluate the trees for health and recommended what the best course of action might be, with no pressure. It was such a pleasure working with them. They are very polite, professional and easy to work with.

Aaron and his wife did an amazing job removing a dead tree from our property. The tree was alongside a busy road, however, with their skills and expertise they made quick and prompt work of dropping the tree and removing it without one branch or limb falling onto the roadway. I was really impressed with their work and cleanup on my property. That tree has been an eyesore for a very long time and i'm sure all my neighbors along with us are happy it's gone. I highly recommend Black Bear Tree Care. Aaron is very reasonable on price and does quality work. Thanks again guys, you rock! I will be contacting you again shortly for tree pruning.

On 12/01/20 I contacted Black Bear Tree Service once again. Aaron returned my call promptly and came over the next day! We have a very large Norway Maple in the front of our house and we just recently had a heavy rain and windstorm that broke a branch which nearly fell onto our roof. Luckily, another large branch was propping it up and we avoided any major damage to our house. The tree was in need of major pruning and limb removal. Not an easy task with our house located directly next to a busy road and how much overgrowth we had above our roof. But, Aaron is very experienced and was able to get the job done with his bucket truck and the help from his wife. Once again I’m very pleased with their service, very reasonable rates and promptness to get the job done! I highly recommend them! Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Aaron and his wife are a great team and did an awesome job on our property. He is very professional, skilled, safety conscious, easy to work with, and keeps his word. He can be trusted. He made sure that he understood exactly what I wanted and then afterward he made sure I was completely satisfied. And he was exceptionally careful not to damage any of my property, and they left the job site looking great! A truly a nice couple!!! I’d recommend them to anybody!!
