I needed to get my home that had been rented for several years ready to sell after completely painting the inside and having new flooring put down in several rooms. Needless to say there was quite a bit of work to do that included cleaning a 400 SQ FT carpet in a playroom. The Jordan team showed up after one call and did a splendid job. The listing agent broker commented on house nice the home looked. Can not say thanks enough to these people and highly recommend them.

Darren and Jessica are amazing. They came and cleaned our couches and got rid of our cats mistakes (smells). I recommend them highly. Really cool people that work really hard, and know what they are doing. They care about what they do and that is hard to find these days.

I absolutely swear by the Bloom in Clean products. They are not only effective, but all natural and leave your home smelling fantastic and fresh. I also use them for client styling listings! Great product and knowledgeable staff.

I gave my mother the gift of housekeeping for Christmas last year. This was after many years of using Bloom in Clean products in my own home. My mother has terrible allergies and isn't able to tolerate standard cleaning products. They do a great job on her apartment, are very kind and my mother is very happy. There have been a couple of scheduling glitches but those have been rectified quickly.

Reliable Cleaning Services is an invaluable partner to my rental business and I can not recommend working with them enough. If you own rental properties on or around Mount Desert Island and you have the opportunity to work with this company, DO IT! Nickolette, Dwayne and their whole team are truly fantastic. They have gone so far above and beyond again and again for me. This past season I have requested from them over 70 turnovers across multiple units and they have never once turned down a request or missed a check-in deadline. Some of my requests have been very last minute (my own mistake) and they still work with me to get it done every time. Then there is the quality of their work. These are true professionals who make sure our rental units are sparkling clean every time. They also understand the business of short term rentals and don't require any hand holding. If anything, they often need to give me advice on best practices. On top of everything, they have a true gift for staying upbeat, understanding and courteous with me and guests. The work they do is hard and incredibly time consuming during the summer months and I am consistently impressed with their ability to maintain great attitudes. Also it's not just me that thinks they do a great job, many of the reviews I receive on Airbnb mention how wonderfully clean the rental is when they arrive. I have never heard anything negative from any renter about the cleaning of my units.
