I can't say enough positive things about Shays Cleaning Service! This is my first year having her services. She is very detailed, great communication, and goes above and beyond! My dryer broke and she and her partner made sure to take the laundry to the laundry mat so that all was ready for my incoming rental. I do not live close by so having her services has saved me on a few occasions :) I would not hesitate calling her if you are looking for an honest, hardworking, and kind person to take care of your rentals!

Shay's cleaning service is exceptional. It took me years to finally decide to help myself and hire help cleaning. Carrie goes above and beyond! I'm never worried about leaving her alone in my home while I'm gone. It is so nice to come home to a clean home once she's done 🙂 clean and professional every time!

Shay’ Cleaning Service is absolutely the BEST service I have used. I’ve had deep cleaning as well as camp cleans after being in my place for a week or two. Each time I return my place looks absolutely spotless. I’ve had guest tell me that the even check the areas that might be overlooked and with Shay’s Cleaning Service, even the hidden or places people might overlook do not get overlooked. If you want it done right the first and are willing to have your friends or family stay in a clean place…you need not go further than Shay’s Cleaning Service.

Shay’s Cleaning Service has been turning over my short term rental, Silver Lake Lodge, for almost a year now. They are so professional and thorough. I especially appreciate the before and after photos. The pride they take in their work is palpable. Shay has also helped me source property management, mowing and repair services, including when I have been out of the country and had, for example, no hot water at the house while guests were there.

Shay’s service is outstanding! We use her for Airbnb turnovers. Not only does her team offer spotless cleaning, they go above and beyond expectations. Shay is always super responsive and professional. It’s important to have someone you can depend on, and we have that with Shay.

Today was cleaning day and we were delighted to see Kayla walk in, ready to go. Our dog Muppy insists on greeting her, but then Kayla gets right to it, tidying up the place. Whether it's the kitchen, bathrooms, bedroom, living room or my mess of an office Kayla is always expeditious and thorough. Thank you for excellent and personable service.

I had 2 really sweet women do a deep clean of my downstairs and an upstairs bathroom to prepare for company. They did a beautiful job with virtually no instructions from me. Their checklist of services was comprehensive and each was accomplished well. I have to admit, there was plenty to do and they did it all within the hours we had planned. Now I don't want to make any changes, put anything I removed back out. I'm thrilled with my house.
