Hansen's did a fantastic job. We have 2 huge pecan trees that needed some TLC. Their staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about this type of tree. Dropped 2 other trees right where we wanted them. Perfection!

I made an inquiry on their FB page and got an almost immediate response and appointment scheduled to give an estimate on our tree work. I received the estimate by email and spoke with James on the phone. I wanted to be there when they did the work and they were very accommodating in working around my schedule. They always communicated by phone, text or email very promptly.
I wish I’d of ask the two workers names but want to make sure they are recognized for being very professional, polite and accommodating for ALL my requests. All the areas they worked in were raked and blown off. You couldn’t tell they’d ever been there.
The invoice was emailed after the work and was for exactly what they estimated.

We have a very wooded lot with a lot of the original trees aging out and dying. These trees were huge. The Hansen Team was incredible and we use no other tree service. We feel so grateful that we have found such a capable and honest company.

We had some pruning of dead small limbs done on a silver maple and an oak tree and trimming of a Japanese maple and a red bud tree. The guys who did the work were nice, competent, and easy to work with. I thought the price was a little high or I would have given them 5/5 stars. The other service we had done (which was done over a month later) was a fertilization of the silver maple. The guy who initially came out to discuss was great. The person who actually did the fertilization was supposed to come when I was home, but did not. I had questions about the service that I wanted to ask her that were never answered. Therefore, I would not recommend the fertilization treatment.

We recently used Hansen to take down a few trees, trim another and stump those removed. They did an outstanding job are a very reasonable cost. Their crews are courteous and efficient, completing their work in a timely fashion and even leaving a clean site afterwards! This is the second time I have used their services and will definitely use them again!

I had the good fortune to work with Hansen's Tree Service on two occasions to remove overgrown trees located in complex positions between dwellings. The quality of service, including the assessment, removal, and cleanup, was more than I could have hoped for (timely and performed diligently). Their teams are experienced and professional in their interactions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Not the lowest price estimate but certainly worth the difference. Very professional and accommodating, on schedule, great cleanup, latest equipment, well organized.

Hansen’s did a great job in trimming our pear tree in the front yard! Russ and the entire team that did the trimming were all very professional, polite, timely in doing the work, and cleaned up after the work was done. Also, the price we paid was actually lower than I thought it would be. We have always used Hansen’s in the past and will continue to use them for all of our future tree trimming needs. I have been very happy with Hansen’s service. Their people are professionals, their quotes have been very competitive, their work prompt and thorough. They are large enough to offer multiple services and confidence that the job will be completed.

First time I had a company out to trim trees. I had an excellent experience! They were prompt, thorough, and the clean-up was perfect. This was done keeping safety as the key. I was impressed that within 2 days, my 60 foot gumball was gone and with the clean-up made it seem that the tree was never there! The best part was the arborist who clearly explained what was needed and how they would proceed. These folks made this easy and I will use them again. I can't think of a better recommendation!

Hansens does a nice job and very professional. They have all the equipment needed to trim or take down trees and cleans up and hauls everything away. Leaves the yard clean afterwards. I recommend them. They are well known in the O'Fallon Mo area.

Fantastic! I sent Hansen's a request for a quote through their website for tree trimming and fertilizing and they promptly responded. The quote was very reasonable and much lower than I expected. The contract and the payment (after work was completed) were taken care of online which made everything easy. They kept me updated on when they'd be coming out, which wasn't too long after the quote was sent. They did a beautiful job and cleaned up everything after. We have some work that will need to be done next year and we will definitely be using Hansen's.

The Hansen crew trimmed two 75 foot trees of deadwood and overhanging limbs. Their lift enabled them to trim up near the treetops very effectively. Recent storms produced NO falling branches of any size. We are very pleased with the results and will call them again when needed.

Hansen crew arrived on time, they were efficient and did a fantastic job of cutting down our huge maple tree in our back yard.
They cleaned everything up so we'll, I swear my yard was cleaner when they left than when the arrived. Lol
Would highly recommend for any future jobs.

These guys don't mess around! Dealt with 4 different tree companies to round up some estimates. Brock was highest but was by far the most professional both over the phone and in person. By the way, they actually answer their phone! They stuck to their word and came close to price matching what the other guys wanted to remove a 50 year old pine tree leaning badly right next to the house and some power lines. Was explained to that Brocks is fully insured unlike alot of the other guys. This was part of why they are higher priced. The large pine removed, large oak trimmed, all done and hauled away in less than 1 afternoon. Thanks to you and your crew!

I am almost speechless! I pushed off having the tree removed for a few months. Called them fair price and assured me my yard would not be destroyed. I was concerned with equipment being pulled into my yard. They took the time to place mats all over the yard to make sure nothing was damaged. AWESOME COMPANY AND AMAZING TEAM WORK!

I highly recommend this company as I’ve used them for various things over the years. (Tree removal, stump grinding etc) They removed 2 hundred foot maple trees in a tight residential area. Honest with integrity and did a Great job with great service!

Brock and his team completed tree trimming and tree removal for us. He came out to give us a free estimate the same day as our call to him. He scheduled us the next day for service and was on time and very efficient. The cleanup of all the debris was immaculate. His bid beat the competition which is also a plus! I would highly recommend his company to anyone in need of tree trimming or removal services.
