STLTree did an amazing job from start to finish on removing our very large catalpa tree and trimming another one near our neighbors house. Crew protected our yard with plywood and did a thorough cleanup job. Neighbors were all impressed with their quality and I would highly recommend them for your next tree service.

I had several trees that needed to be dropped. One was over by a vineyard and by some raised bed gardens. The vineyard has a perimeter fence. They did the removal without causing any
Damage.
They also were able to remove a large brush pile. They brought in a large crew and some high tech expensive equipment along with their skills to get the job done. They were out in one day. I felt the price was fair and good. I am a caretaker and they did a great service for my bosse’s estate. I am truly happy with their service and will use them again!

Got into contact with STL Tree Services from a referral by Greg Jennings. They were able to remove my fence, cut down and grind the large Ash tree, put the fence back and leave without a trace within a couple hours. Honest appraisal and amazing crew that produces great results! Couldn’t have asked for a smoother process.

Sorry it’s a bit long but I base a lot of things off reviews so want to tell as many details to others as possible to others. I had a dead oak tree in my backyard that has been a pain every storm. Massive branches constantly falling off. Last July during a big storm a branch even fell on a power line and destroyed my kids tree house. I first contacted STL Tree Services in July 2023. They came out while I was at work and took pictures, called me and emailed me an estimate. Everybody was super nice and professional but due to other financial hardships that had come up I couldn’t get the tree removed until March 2024. I called STL Tree Services on March 19, 2024 and Chris actually vaguely remembered coming to do the estimate. My house does not have easy access to the back yard so he made another trip out since it had been so long and we discussed ways to get into the yard. He went and talked to my neighbors for me and they agreed to let them use their yard for access into mine through their carport. Fast forward to today March 28, 2024 and the guys that came out were super friendly, professional and polite. While I saw them already in the back yard with the tree coming down I decided last minute that I wanted another dead tree in my yard also removed. I called Chris and asked if there was any way possible for them to do it while they were already there with all the equipment in the yard. I felt really bad springing it on them but knew what a pain it was to get into the yard and didn’t want to have to put anybody through that in the future. He quickly called the guys on site and then called me back with a VERY reasonable price. I was ECSTATIC that they could accommodate my last minute request. Chris was very nice and understanding. I honestly don’t know much about tree removal and didn’t know what to expect but they cleaned up EVERYTHING. All debris that had fallen from them working plus a branch that had just fallen last week during high winds. You can’t even tell there had ever been trees there. Nothing but a little missing grass. I HIGHLY recommend this company for anybody that needs a tree removed. If you’re hesitant at all, don’t be because they were great from start to finish.

We had 2 trees damaged during the tornado and not only was STL Tree Services prompt at responding back to us but they got out here and made quick work of the trees! It was pretty awesome to watch and they cleaned everything up wonderfully! They let me keep some of the sawdust/wood chips for mulch and we're super respectful. Highly recommended for sure!!

We had a great experience with the crew at STL tree service! Even with the extreme heat here yesterday they worked hard and got the job done and cleaned up! We will be using them again!

Great job on a huge tree surrounded by two houses and a shed. 70' tall pin oak, 4 1/2' across at the base. I watched the whole thing. Three guys and a couple cool machines had the whole thing on the ground and at the curb in 7 1/2 hours. More folks showed up to grind the stump and help with cleanup. By 6:00 the last load was headed down the street and our yard looked better than I thought possible. Will definitely call them again as needed.

STL Tree Services LLC was absolutely amazing. They came out last Friday to remove a very large tree in our backyard and completely exceeded our expectations. They showed up on time, were incredibly courteous and professional, and worked fast without cutting corners. The entire tree was removed in a single day with zero damage to our yard or property. Cleanup was spotless—you’d never know a massive tree had been there. On top of all that, they were the most affordable bid we received. Truly top-notch work from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Three STL staff trimmed multiple mature trees and removed leaves and branches for us. They were all professional, courteous and responsive to our requests.We can confidently recommend STL for similar work.

Came in a quick and timely matter after the recent storms. Fairly priced and people of their word.

I know companies usually only hear the complaints, so I wanted to share a great experience. Josh Martie from O'Hara came out and resolved three issues we've been dealing with for nearly a year, billing, quality, and a missed service area.

He was professional, courteous, and took the time to really listen and address everything thoroughly. It made a huge difference.

As long as I'm President of the HOA, we'll continue using O'Hara and I'll gladly recommend them. With the turnover we've experienced in the past, I can honestly say, don't lose this guy.

Incredibly unprofessional and unresponsive. Was billed over $900 to replace a timer for our lighting system (3 visits, 2 technicians) with no accounting for the cost. Had to call a half dozen times to get our irrigation start-up completed (despite being on the schedule), was told we had a number of leaks with no details. Multiple sprinkler heads were removed with no recourse. I don't review commonly, but felt the need to here.
