I am on the Landscape Committee at the St. Regis where Bruce Stierwalt is our account manager. I just wanted you to know how appreciative all of us at the St. Regis are to have Bruce as our account manager for O’Hara Outdoors. Bruce goes out of his way to give us support and guidance and to respond to our lawncare questions, no matter how minor ( he even calls me back on weekends) ! Bruce has met with me at the St. Regis on several occasions and I truly appreciate his patience and caring nature. This past summer I have received many compliments on the condition of our landscaping not only from fellow residents but from passersby walking past our building. Thanks to Bruce our property has never looked better. He truly cares. I give Bruce Five Stars for his management of our property. He’s truly a great guy and a great asset to O’Hara Outdoors.

Worst lawn company I have ever had. They literally come after 4pm to our neighborhood community every single week. As I wrote this review, (at 7:30pm) they are still cutting/blowing grass. It’s almost 8pm every week by the time they finish. It’s so awful and disruptive especially when people in the household have bedtimes. Do not understand why we cannot be on a rotating
schedule! Also, they are responsible for replacing our dead plantings/shrubs outside, 6 weeks ago my husband spoke to the supervisor, and we were told our two dead boxwoods would be replaced. They never were so we finally purchased them ourselves, and had to plant them. Will be calling them and asking for reimbursement. Wish we didn’t live in this community where we don’t have a choice in or lawn care company.

Wonderful service and wonderful people. highly detailed and always do what they say they are going to do! Would highly recommend as a commercial real estate professional. They are able to handle massive retail centers, industrial/ office parks with ease.

Special shout out to Matt and the O'Hara company for sponsoring the Joe Balota Memorial golf tournament and playing in it. I love when local business get involved and show their support. Everyone that I met was very friendly. Make sure to check them out for all of your outdoor needs they do a wonderful job!

I have been landscape chair in our community for the past 8 years, and was proud to introduce O’Hara to our community about 7 years ago. O’Hara have been going through recent restructuring and this season has been the most exceptional. Bruce Stiertwal, our new account manager, is not only exceptional, but we are fortunate that he is responsible for so much positivity this year.
He is by far the most professional, sincerely pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient manager hired by O’Hara! He approaches every situation with a calm demeanor and is always willing to suggest a workable solution. His horticultural knowledge base is extensive. When an inquiry or request is suggested, it is as good as done! Bruce is a team player and is willing to work with his colleagues and crews to explain and implement a best practice. We have requested that the same crews return, when possible, due to their training and eagerness to do the best possible job.
Bruce is truly an ideal match for any community who wishes to have the best curb appeal in STL County. In my opinion, Bruce is a tremendous asset to O’Hara Outdoors!

O’Hara has taken care of my yard for almost a year now. They come every other week, mow and blow off my concrete pathways as well as any leaves or sticks out of the grass, making the property really standout. And all for a really great price. I plan on utilizing their fertilization programs and even hardscapes maybe! Just looking at their work on their website, I can see the quality in all of their services. Thanks for the continued excellent customer service!! I recommend O’hara to all my friends and family 100/100!!! 😀

Had so much trouble finding a mowing company to mow my 91 yr old mom’s lawn. But from the moment I spoke to O Hara Landscaping, that was over. They very quickly got someone out to mow. Streamlined the process to get her on a weekly schedule, charged a fair price, and heave been ultra reliable. Great service at all levels.
Update: Sadly this level of service did not continue. We had many issues over 2 seasons and could no longer use this company

O'Hara Outdoors is the best for all of your outdoor needs. Since Spring of 2021, I have had them mow my grass all Spring and Summer. I have no regrets. My neighbors are yet to complain and my lawn has never looked better. I suggested anybody to go to O'Hara Outdoors for their outdoor needs. The owner is the nicest person.

I cannot overstate how bad O'Hara's customer service is. We used them to cut our lawn and do some other work last year (2020–2021). We deal with at least three different account managers, who were often incredibly unresponsive (we'd have to hound them to get work done and would often wait weeks for a response). Last fall, we made it very clear to O'Hara that we were looking elsewhere and that their services were no longer required.

Come this April, an O'Hara crew came by to mow our lawn. We asked the crew to leave and emailed our contact O'Hara, who never responded. We sent another email. No response. We finally called only to learn that she (surprise) was no longer with the company. Today, we received an invoice for who knows what.

O'Hara's prices were reasonable but their service was (and apparently still is) atrocious. Look elsewhere.

After many years of struggling with a less than desirable lawn we decided to hire a professional to help. We chose O'Hara at the recommendation of a friend and we are so glad we did. With regular visits and applications our lawn is showing signs of new life. Our yard now has a green, healthy appearance. The crews that visit us are always friendly and courteous. We will definitely continue our lawn care service with O'Hara throughout the changing seasons.

I had O'Hara Outdoors aerate and seed my lawn. I was more than impressed with the work the 3 workers did. They worked great as a team. I couldn't believe they raked the dirt areas before and after seeding to help the seed get into the dirt. One guy (head guy I'm guessing) watched over the other 2 to make sure they performed a great job. He even showed them areas they missed or needed to be done more. I definitely would recommend this company!

After buying our new home, the last thing I wanted to do, was yard work. My neighbor recommended O'Hara Outdoors to get it done, right. From the time I called into the office, I was greeted by a friendly helpful voice, who collected some info. Within a few hours, their rep called me to schedule an appointment. After meeting with the rep, I was blown away by all of the services that they offer. I am please to say that O'Hara Outdoors, are my lawn people! I would recommend 10/10

O'Hara Outdoors deserves every bit of these 5 stars! Their lawn cleanup, mulching, tree removal, and overall services transformed my yard into a pristine masterpiece. I've never seen it look so amazing. The attention to detail and quality of their work is exceptional. I highly recommend O'Hara Outdoors for all your outdoor needs!

your guys screwed up my grass!

I have had O'Hara for lawn services for about 5 months now. They are by far the most professional, polite & responsive company I have had for lawn services. They do regular fertilization, mowing, trimming & weeding at my house. My grass was a disaster before they started doing treatments this past Spring and now (despite the heat) I have green grass coming in! The mow crews are polite & professional. I try to take them water or Gatorade when I am home, and they are always very thankful & polite. They make sure to blow the grass of my patio, sidewalks & porch. They are also mindful to latch my gate so my dogs are safe. I appreciate the time & pride they put in to their work! After dealing with less reputable companies in the past, I would highly recommend O'Hara Outdoors for your lawn needs!

We had O'Hara manage a large backyard project at our home that took two weeks. They were fabulous! Every employee was professional and respectful. They were on time and stayed until the job was complete. The work was outstanding and we were kept informed every step of the way. This is one of the best experiences we've had with a vendor in St Louis and they are the only landscape company we will use moving forward. We highly recommend O'Hara!

Why does O'Hara Outdoors send all 13 of their trucks to the same quiktrip on page and warson every morning? Their employees take up all the spots, and even unload their lawnmowers and ride them to the gas pumps and refill them there too. It takes so long, the parking lot right over is taken up by all their wives who cook breakfast for them, and they leisurely walk back and forth between parking lots eating, as if it isn't 6:30-730 every single morning when everyone else is trying to get gas on their way to work. It has gotten absolutely insane. Are yall gonna do something about this??

O'Hara is a quality operation. I had them out for a hardscape estimate. They were very professional and designed exactly what I asked them to do.
