I was very pleased with Eduardo and his team's professionalism and efficiency when they trimmed my tree last week. Eduardo listened to what I asked to have done and explained what the team would do. ER Tree Service offers superior quality at an unbeatable price. We had eight quotes done by various tree cutting companies in the area to have two large oak trees removed that were covered in galls. The former homeowner failed to treat the trees in a timely manner and they were becoming a hazard. ER Tree Service not only offered the best price, they were available to start the job the very next day. Their team of professionals arrived on time and completed the project exactly as planned. If you’re looking for high quality work, ER Tree Service is the clear winner. 10/10 would recommend!

I contacted a few companies to come out and quote taking down a huge red oak. ER Tree Service was able to quote the price on the spot. His price was reasonable and he scheduled the work for the next week. His team was very skilled at removing limb by limb and dropping the tree safely without any damage to our nearby fence. I kept the wood for firewood and ER cut the big pieces into 20 inch sections. Great job!

I called and made an appointment for an estimate. The owner came out with all smiles, professionalism and information. I was quoted an excellent price for the work I needed and it was completed(and some) Beautifully. My mind was put at ease and the smiles continued. Excellent clean up as well! They were very efficient! Definitely passed the word along!

Contacted E R Tree Service late in the afternoon & received a response that evening to let me know he'd be out to look at the problem & to provide an estimate. He showed up the next day and provided a very reasonable estimate. That same day he removed the limb issue and did a great job cleaning up. Couldn't ask for better professionalism, response time, or services rendered. Thank you E R!!!

The same day I first called he came by gave an estimate. He offered to remove the tree the next morning. He removed the tree very quickly. Very professional and friendly stuck to the estimate. Excellent customer service, expert tree service. I highly recommend and appreciate this experience.

When I met the owner of this company he was professional and nice we agreed on a good price. The first day that he was supposed to show up he did not because lack of workers. No big deal time the next day showed up about after 2:30 p.m. no big deal long story short so they started cutting the limbs from the tree and the limbs was hitting my house and I made a statement to the owner if the limbs were hitting my siding my central air unit my deck these were limbs that were just dropping out of the sky I was not rude in my communication but he was he told me if I didn't like it they can leave. You want a 2,200 for the tree we agreed on $1,800 maybe he thought that that wasn't enough, that's why he treated me the way he treated me. He left debris and limbs all in my yard he left tire tracks in my front yard. which he should've park his equipment and, put it in my yard like that. He appears to be nice but there's another Wicked side. What goes around comes around. I'm upset

my wife shops here weekly in the spring and she and my daughter always have had very good experiences here their plants are always in good shape and watered keeping them healthy we own a small business and our customers love the plants we purchase for them visit them you will be happy you did

This is a wonderful place to buy indoor and outdoor plants. They are so healthy and well cared for. The price is better than competitors. The staff is very friendly and so knowledgeable.

I'm relieved to have found Greenscape Gardens. I have focused on native plants the last several years but what is marked "native" at some nurseries is not native to MO. It's native somewhere but not here. I can shop true native plants at Greenscape, and get good solid advice. I'm happy to have found this nursery.

The best landscape Garden in St. Louis! The best Customer Service as I was stopped by three different people who asked me if I needed help. The parking lot was full, but every one of the workers was very knowledgeable. I love this place.

My experience with Greenscape Gardens has been hit or miss over the past few years. I love that they carry native plants and shrubs as that is the only thing I buy for my yard. After removing a gigantic gum-ball tree years ago I decided to plant an Oak but I wanted a smaller oak so I looked around for a place that had a dwarf Chinnquipin oak and I found it here. I planted the oak and it doubled in size the next year and continues to double in size every year. It’s a beautiful tree but as it has gotten bigger I have learned that it is not in fact a dwarf chinquipin oak. It is some other hybrid type oak and I’m not sure how big it will get. Too big for my yard I’m sure. I did contact them about the tree and they promised to get back to me and never did.

Last year I purchased two shrubs. One of them died. I just looked at the return policy - 6 months. Most places offer a one year return policy. I have had problems with other plants dying as well, I usually have a 50% success rate with their plants. On the other hand, everything I have ever purchased from Missouri Wildflowers Nursery has survived in my yard. Greenscape is so convenient but I prefer a better success rate with the plants I purchase and a better return policy on shrubs. Everyone over at Greenscape is very nice and helpful, I have never had any issues with them with the exception of trying to get the oak tree purchase resolved.

I like how you are always greeted with a hello and a smile and within the garden center people are always checking on you to see if you need help or have questions. Great customer service!

This is a really cool nursery. They have a large variety of plants that you can't elsewhere. The employees here are very knowledgeable and helpful. If you have little kids, make sure you take them to see the chickens to the right of the main building.

They have some nice selections that are healthy (2 stars for that), but ... the customer service is not great and their willingness to accommodate a quantity that isn't already in stock is nonexistent.

Locally-owned Greenscape is my first choice garden center, especially because they have a wide selection of honest-to-goodness native plants. What a resource!
