Poor customer service. Inconsistent communication. Unreliable. Would not recommend.

Very unreliable people. Push them to actually provide the service they promise and they are liable to call you a profane name...they did me! Professionalism is totally lacking. My advice would be look elsewhere!

Where I work these guys blow grass and debris all over vehicles and parking lot. Called to complain and the person answering phone started texting me to prove it. Poor customer service and ethics. Common sense would be to make sure mower discharge does not blow debris the direction of employee's vehicle's.

Jordan is a great guy and I can always count on him to get things done on our property. He knew corporate would be showing up this week and showed up earlier than expected to get mulching done even during the rain. He is one of the few owners I know that will get out there and do the work himself and make sure you are taken care of. Will always be my first choice for landscaping and snow removal.

We are not regular customers. We usually try to do our own yard work but sometimes it gets away from us and we need help. Every time I call them, they are prompt and I never have a problem getting a hold of them. Even though I'm not one of their regular customers and I'm not a big money maker for them, they treat me like a valued customer. My lawn always looks great when they mow and they always provide excellent customer service. A refreshing change from many other customer service experience in todays day.

This company provides mowing service at a local car wash. While waiting in line for the wash, my vehicle was struck by a large rock that was thrown from one of their mowers. Have called the business several times with no answer or response. Guess it’s time to file small claims when it easily could have been handled without insurance or anyone else involved. In reading other reviews, seems like this is the way this business owner prefers to run his business. Cause damage. Pretend it doesn’t happen when you’re contacted about it. Clearly see the dent and chip in the door despite the reflection of the yard.

Chris is always punctual and professional!! Gets the job done quickly and properly.

Love it that he touches base on his scheduled arrival time and he clearly advises system condition and any suggested things to watch out for.

Chris helped with my sprinkler winterization. He Was able to come out the next day after I called. He arrived on time and was very professional. Highly recommend.

Chris was great, I was thrilled to have a person to talk with quickly, he answered all my questions and was very professional. Due to outside circumstances, I did not follow through on the project but i am confident you would be pleased with their design, service and warranty of an irrigation system.

I've been using Simmons for eight years. I have called Simmons for everything from a broken sprinkler head to replacing the pump in my well. They always come as soon as they can, fix the problem right the first time. I also use them for starting up the system each Spring, and shutting it down in the Fall. Never a problem! I would highly recommend them.

Chris, came out quickly and was able to fix a pipe leak that I had on my sprinkler pipe system. He was very informative and was able to quickly diagnose other opportunities that I had within a few of my zones. I strongly suggest using Simmons Irrigation for all your irrigation needs. Prompt, professional & very informative!

With the retirement of our longtime landscaping and irrigation provider, we were at a loss to find someone to take on our irrigation system who would measure up to our previous experience. Chris has exceeded our expectations! Extremely professional. Great customer service. Highly recommend!

First of all, Chris and his crew fit me into his busy schedule as I was in a bind and needed service immediately. Then they came and did a beautiful install, you couldn’t tell where the cuts were thru the grass as everything was put back perfectly. After talking to my landscaper I decided to raise the heads as some of my plants were going to get very tall. Simmons returned and changed out the heads. I soon realized I made a mistake and a few heads were too high in areas were they could be compromised. Once again, Chris returned and replaced the heads. I was satisfied ! This person is not short on patience as well as being a true professional and the nicest man along with his crew. Thank you !

This is an excellent irrigation and landscape company. Very professional timely,considerate and they do excellent work. I highly recommend them for any of your landscaping or irrigation needs.

Chris and his staff were responsive, even at one of the busiest times of the season. They arrived on time (if not early) and work stayed on budget. A nasty lawn (before) is now looking green and happy.

Update: Chris just arrived as promised to winterize our system after a season of watering with absolutely no issues. Appreciate the continued professional support!

2023 Update: Chris and crew did it again -- timely, professional winterizing service -- in the pouring rain!

We have used Simmons several times and will continue to do so. Chris delivers what he contracts to do. He is a professional who provides good quality work and shows up when he says he will. We highly recommend him.
