Killroy is great. They are super knowledgeable about any pest that might be coming in or around your house and they are very thorough. I can text them with questions and I always get a response quickly. They are also very professional and on time. If there were 6 stars, I would give them 6!!!

Very friendly staff. The assistant was very helpful in booking an inspection fast, and the technician was professional and knowledgeable. He provided us with a plan and estimate, and was okay when we decided to contact our own handyman for part of the improvements. He gave us heads up calls on the way at every visit. Overall, we were happy with the service. Ratatouille no longer lives under our house!

I highly recommend that anyone that has a rodent issue contact Kilroy. If at all possible, request the assistance of Brian. His knowledge, patience and work ethic was absolutely outstanding!
He provided detailed reports throughout the eradication and was able to return my property back to me rodent free.

We heard scratching noises in the attic and was quite sure (or so we thought) we have rodent issues. Called Killroy based on friends and neighbors' recommendations.

I had good impression with the staff on the phone. They're professional and clear on expectations and pricing. This is in contrast to 2 other companies we called, both basically refused to provide info over the phone and just pushed for an inspection visit.

Rudy was our technician. Upon arrival, he introduced himself and made sure we understand pricing and what to expect before proceeding. I appreciate this step.

After inspection, he said he didn't see enough evidence of the presence of rodents. He talked with us more to get further details on the noises we heard and hypothesized alternative explanations.

Instead of setting traps to be sure there is no rodent problems (which he has to charge us for), he put a walnut in our attic and told us to check it ourselves in 2 weeks. If the walnut is still there, then we can be sure there is no rodent. And if the walnut is gone, we can call him back at that time.

Based on this experience, I recommended Killroy (Rudy in particular) to a friend. Rudy went to their house 2 days later, and upon learning that they have been setting traps themselves, he taught them how to better set traps, so that, unless they prefer, they won't need to pay him to do so.

I appreciate Rudy's help greatly. Such honest business approach is also very rare these days. I highly recommend Killroy!

Brian has been amazing in helping us deal with our rodent issues. We have been using Killroy Pest Control for a few years now, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are always responsive, prompt, and are thorough with solving the problem. Highly recommended!

We had a rodent problem, and our exterminator Bryan was great. He was very patient and professional. He identified the problem quickly, noted where the entrance points were on the property, set up traps, recommended fixes, and was extremely responsive to our needs. He also made sure to message me when he was on his way, and met our time windows well within expectations. Would recommend.

We have used Killroy for over 20+ years. Steve Peterson is very personable and calls ahead of time to let us know when he's going to service our home. Once he's onsite, he follows up with us on previous issues to ensure they've been resolved or checks to see if we are having any new issues.

Highly recommend Killroy to anyone looking for a Pest Control company. Been using them for years. I have the most friendly Technician, always with a smile and listens to any concerns of problems I'm having and gives explanations and information. I would recommend to please try them out you won't be disappointed.

We have been having our yard treated quarterly for years by Killroy. We were having problems primarily with cockroaches and black widows in the yard and garage. The peppermint oil treatment that Killroy uses has solved this issue for us. In addition, we had our fruit trees treated this year for leaf curl and they are so much better this season! Our regular service technician, Steve, always calls a day ahead to make sure it is convenient to stop by. He is friendly and professional. And any time I have needed to speak with someone in the office, I have been able to reach a live person who is also very helpful. We've had lots of other companies come to our door to try to get us to switch and I always tell them I am very happy with our service.

We've been with Killroy for several years, and Steve (#10) is our guy. He always checks in ahead time, is punctual, friendly, and carries out the service with a smile and positive attitude. I would highly recommend and look forward to working with him again.

I am a recurring customer at Kilroy. We have used them for exterior bug sprays and they handled an overwhelming flea infestation in our yard. Kenneth is extremely professional and I am happy he is our tech! Highly satisfied with Kilroy's services.

We have used Kilroy for over 25 years. Every technician we have had (maybe 3 in all these years!) has been friendly, knowledgeable and more than willing to help us out whether it was the “summer of the fleas”, the under house residents, the ants that loved the pool water in summertime and the white flies that love the hibiscus tree! Also, having a dog most times, our technician calls us the day before to remind us he is coming so we can keep the dog inside. The office staff is also efficient, friendly and we have never had any bad issues with this company ever!

Our pest control person retired recently which meant we were in need of new services. I went on to our Nextdoor app and asked about pest services. Hands down, Kilroy received the most recommendations. Last week was our first service. Xavier was our technician. Besides having a big smile on his face, he also took the time to walk around our yard with us. He was interested in what we expected from our every other month service. We feel extremely happy that we have Xavier as our tech. We look forward to working with him. We also want to send a shout out to Theresa. When we called in to learn about their services, she was friendly and didn’t make us feel rushed about making a decision. We highly recommend Kilroy Pest Control.

Excellent Customer Service!

We have been a Killroy customer for over 20 years and greatly appreciate their effective pest control services. Our technician is Danny Raya and he is the best! Danny is a hard worker who always has a friendly and respectful demeanor. We commend Danny on his work ethic. We highly recommend Killroy Pest Control.

It is with sadness that I have to write a review to warn others of Killroy employees. For years our property was serviced by a technician named Dan and was excellent.
For the last five years we've had to deal with a heavy set lady you would arrive at our property site and pick up her dusting brush and walk around with it while she was on the phone on she rarely sprayed for crawling insects.
She left and we got Richard, Richard liked to talk about himself constantly and how great he was....
The other day I noticed a yellow jacket nest in a bush next to our driveway, called Killroy and Richard came by spent ten minutes talking about the weather and that he used to live down by Santa Barbara with the same weather.
He got his sprayer and spent two minutes spraying the bush and handed me the bill for $250 dollars.
I have been a customer for 34+ years.
I called the office and they stated that
I had been a customer for a long time and was getting a very low fee for services. They raised my rate once or twice a year,she said she'd settle for $150 on the service.
This is a warning sign, the service has slipped, the employees we get are second rate nowadays.
So I cancelled their service
I have found a company superior in services and employees and now contract with them......

We had David Flowers in our home yesterday doing a termite inspection. He showed up on time, her was personable, super knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. And I had A LOT of questions!! Thank you! :)
