Brian Venz was the representative who came to inspect my home. I knew I had a rat in my garage, but Brian inspected the entire area around my home and found the nest. He set traps in the attic, under the house and in the garage. He was back to inspect the traps but nothing was found. He repaired the screen leading to the area under the house with a sturdy mesh that nothing could chew through. He also repaired the side door to the garage by using concrete, and did some carpenter work so the door would latch. He even found bat droppings by my front door from a little creature I didn't know was there. After talking with him and getting his advice, I cancelled the old pest control company I had been using and signed on with Killroy for my maintenance.

Refreshingly HONEST, informative and efficient! We received a referral to call David at Kilroy after getting multiple other estimates from other extermination company’s. Some with estimates in the thousands. David from Kilroy came out, educated us about the insect issue. Told us exactly what we needed to do to treat the issue and told us what was not necessary!! So happy there are HONEST company .

Eddie treated the place Im renting for 4 months. There was no consistency to him showing up to do the monthly service, so I texted him reminders. Also, when I notified him that the spot treatment wasn't working he disregarded my concerns. He did not clean spider webs on the outside and used a tool to pry open my gate rather than wait for me to come to the gate. He didn't show up for the month of July. Officially stop using this company and would not recommend.

Be cautious of this company. My elderly father gave the technician a check - even after he was set up on a payment plan he was sent to collections. Turns out the check had been cashed weeks prior. We sent them proof. Do not trust this company, they take advantage of elderly customers. And the technicians have little to no communication with customers. I am posting this so others in our community are aware.

Very disappointing experience with scheduling and communication. I was instructed to call early in the morning so arrangements could be made for the technician to come out, and I did exactly that at 8:00 AM and left a voicemail. Unfortunately, I never received a callback, update, or confirmation throughout the day. I rearranged my schedule and waited for hours with no communication and no technician ever arrived. Delays can happen, but the lack of follow-up and professionalism was extremely frustrating.

Update: the company followed up with me and provided a second inspection with a different professional. This was a good experience and I got clear guidance on our pest situation and next steps. I'll be glad to work with this company and that individual going forward.

I was disappointed with the initial home pest inspection this company performed, for which they charged $157. The inspector exhibited a distinct lack of expertise, saying he didn't know about almost everything I asked him including whether droppings he found were from rodents or squirrels, how recent the droppings were, and whether we had a current rodent infestation or not. Totally inconclusive. There was an area with clear activity, which he attributed to squirrels and said he couldn't help - citing licensing and policy. Overall, a big waste of my money and time.

I've been using Kilroy for over 20 years. They always show up on time, the results are very good, and the prices are competitive. Great and consistent customer service with the front office too, a person, not voicemail or a chat box answers phone calls.

I was pleased to get immediate service to ward off the huge early influx of box elder beetles. But we noticed that we still had many still alive and thriving, both inside and outside our home 4 days after the treatment. When I called the company about this I was informed that the early heatwave was probably the reason for an ongoing infestation. It was recommended to wait until more hot weather and probably more bugs arrived to order another treatment. I was grateful to hear that the price for the second treatment will be reduced.

I've been using Killroy for years. Have used other pest companies in the past but nobody can keep the roaches, spiders, and flying insects off your property and out of your home like Killroy! They're always super flexible, polite, and communicative. Would definitely recommend

I called Killroy Pest control after I noticed some flaky residue in my homes attic who then sent Joshua Corry for an evaluation. He performed an initial inspection and determined that it was dry wood termites and gave me two options for eradication.
The first option was to tent the whole house and fumigate it. Joshua coordinated the quote for it. This involved removing all organic items including house plants, food and cosmetics before fumigation and 2 days after the fumigation. This seemed like a major undertaking.
The second option was to perform a thorough inspection coveting the attic, interior walls, exterior siding and crawl space, after which perform localized treatment to the affected areas. The quote and treatment were very reasonable and didn’t entail moving out.
I opted for the second option and had scheduled it 2 weeks after the initial inspection. On the day if the appointment Joshua spent 3 hours in the morning thoroughly inspecting the home and identified 3 areas with dry wood termites, an older infestation of subterranean termites and some older fungus damage. He came in later in the evening treated all the termite and the fungal infestations.
I was really impressed with Joshua’s expertise, professionalism, diligence and attention to detail. I would endorse and highly recommend Joshua for termite inspection and treatment.

He’s incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and thorough, and always takes the time to explain what he’s doing and answer any questions. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right. Very knowledgeable about the trees we were interested in planting (five fruit trees) and what our (changing) climate and space could manage. Their work was impeccable, preparing the yard for the trees, installing irrigation, and checking on the trees. Easy to work with as well.

I am extremely happy with the pruning done on my apricot, apple and plum trees by Jim and Kip. I appreciated Jim’s expert, friendly and professional advice on how to better care for all my fruit trees. I look forward to a bountiful harvest next year.
