We have used Clark Pest Control for many years and for multiple homes. Every technician has been extremely polite and thorough.

We had the house fumigated for dry wood termites before Thanksgiving. The entire process was completed quickly without any problems thanks to the outstanding service and attention of Ryan, our inspector, and the very professional fumigation crew.

As requested you always call ahead of time so I can put up my dogs. The service man is very considerate in covering the water bowls. Very professional

Very happy with clarks pest control. Richard is our tech and hes so nice and informative and does a great job. Im happy with my choice of choosing clarks.

They didn’t do anything. They said they would shore up areas where rodents could get in the house but they didn’t. The traps they put out did not catch anything and it was nothing but excuses for why they didn’t. I know for a fact that they (field mice) still got in because of droppings and the ONLY ONE to get caught was in a glue trap which was right by their trap.
So now I had to go out and buy poison and I am disgusted by all of this.
I tried to talk to someone this morning in the service department and all he did was yell at me and tell me that fixing anything was an extra cost and that if the customer refused and bla, bla, bla. Well, I asked them to fix things and they were the ones who refused to do it. They didn’t say anything about an extra charge, they simply said they didn’t do that.
Trust me, I would gladly have paid extra to get the job done right.
Now I’m out $350.00 and have to start over from square one.

The excuses they gave were: the first week we usually don’t catch anything, or they left the house, we’ll change the bait, and in the garage it was because there’s an opening and they’ll just go back outside.

For years we used Clark, and for years we were sick of simple rules not being followed. We had a note on our account to please call before coming, and nine times out of ten, that simple note was not followed. Their turnover of employees is SHAMEFUL!!! There has to be a reason why employees are coming and going so often with this company.

Kind, reliable, and effective. They have great customer service and they get the job done. Thank you for helping us in our moment of need!

Very satisfied with the results. Live out in the country and had a very bad problem with ants. Hired Clark to reduce the problem and they got rid of the problem. We haven't had any ants in the house since we started with their program.

We live in a more rural area and have lots of rodents. The technicians at Clark have all been great.

When we arrived home after the tent had been taken down. we were going to BBQ the sausages that I had purchased two days prior but the sausages were gone from the freezer along with beer from the fridge. Those are just a couple items with little value but where do they draw the line? We haven't discovered anything else missing yet, and hope I don't.
When I sent an Email to their website that evening the owner called my daughter and made up a bunch of B.S. excuses. I've been living in this house in North Salinas for 8 years and had not lost one thing to a thief, until Clark pest control showed up.

Conclusion. I If you choose to hire Clark pest control, keep a couple things in mind.
1. The contract you sign releases them from any liability to loss or damage from themselves or the third party company that actually tents your house and probably fumigates it.
2. My advice would be to stay and watch them actually tent the house and escort them through the house if any entry is required. Or you might be their next victim.

I'm forced to leave one star which is unfair. This site should have the option of leaving zero stars or negative stars.

I'm very happy with Clark Pest Control's service for over ten years now. Very responsive to every call for service and all technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Clark Pest Control to anyone who has the need for pest control, inside or outdoors.

We had some hornets that out-of-nowhere showed up in our bathroom and 1 stung my wife. Although we had never used Clark Pest Control (their Salinas, CA office is the one servicing our area) they sent out Robert. He arrived on time and called in advance as I had requested. He was very professional, he found the hornets nest in our attic and explained how a few of them had found their way through a vent into our bathroom, told us what he recommended, gave us an estimate for a one-time treatment, did the work and the problem is gone! You can be sure I'll be contacting Clark Pest Control in Salinas the next time we need their service!!

They are always friendly and efficient. A phone reminder is perfect to stay on top of their visits.

Super nice technician, but $750 to just treat a small shed!? Really I.... might as well get a new one for that price, thanks Anyways! was super happy with them coming on time when they said they would..

I am very happy with Clark Pest Control.
During my last pest control service, Jason, the tech found a yellow jacket nest.
He destroyed it and alerted me not to open my front door for a while since there were still some insects stirring.
He went an extra step by calling my alternate number since I was on my primary phone.

Promised pests gone in 2 months and it took 4 (would guess the weather had more to do with it than Clark). They promised to leave a statement each time they came to our house (once every other month), but it took 6 months and a phone call before we got one, so who knows if they did their job or not. The one good thing I will say is that they were quick to come out whenever we called them due to ants in our house. Unfortunately it's really hard to say if their treatment did anything at all.

I have been very pleased with my service. My Clark's representative is always professional, punctual, and detail oriented. I would highly recommend Clark's Pest Control to anyone in need of an exterminator.

I started Clark because we had an ant nest in the walls of our house. Since they started treating our house (I live in the country), we've only had ants inside one time. I called them, and they came out the same day and did an additional treatment. That took care of the problem. In addition, I have way fewer spiders indoors, and the millipedes that came out of the woodwork with last year's rain didn't affect me. I found them around the perimeter of the house dead, but not inside. They are totally worth the price I pay!

Never told us when they were coming. I told them I needed to know because the dogs could be in the backyard, I never got the same person so I would have to explain reach time what was needed & where rodent boxes where! They are on time limit to do each house on their list so they need to do it quick so management doesn’t get on them(the tech’s). Most not least they never payed attention to our address, always went to wrong house but got the bill & then would have to call & speak to management!

I am not too happy with this last visit from your sprayer person, I have ask to spray with the Hi pressure pump many times and they still come and use the handmade pump, that can't reach the edge of the roof.
