Dependable, professional, patient, compassionate, kind, quick, knowledgeable. When I contact an agent due to a rodent or other pest issue, I receive an immediate reply and things are taken care of almost immediately. This is an excellent company. And I have spread the word !

Frustrating experience not getting calls returned 5x or more, having to babysit every step of the process. They did a terrible job patching an entry point at the front of the house (left bright metal flashing sticking out 4 inches off where the walls end which isn’t just ugly, it’s a sharp edge hazard). Have been trying to get someone out to fix but no return calls as usual. It’s like a part time job trying to get someone on the phone. In the future I Will be taking my business elsewhere.

I used to be with Terminx and had a horrible experience with them (took them to the BBB and everything); since we have been with Clark Pest Control it has been awesome. Pests have been eliminated and/or downsized considerably with our bi-monthly treatments. Our technician is always on time, pleasant and professional.

Clarks is great! We called them for a black widow problem and not only did they do an amazing job, but I called them back to do a second round because I can't sleep knowing there's a POSSIBILITY that there are spiders around... they came by, same day I called, to spray our house down again.... FOR FREE! I cannot say enough good things! The receptionist is fantastic and both Alberto and Daniel were great!

I enjoyed the fact that my service technician calls prior to his visit and I have an opportunity to explain about problems. In addition, once my technician arrives he checks with me prior to preforming his service. I enjoy how the spider webs are swept away giving my home a fresh start. I am also happy that Clarks Pest Control really works! We had another service prior to Clarks Pest service and it failed to keep the pests away from our home. Clarks Pest Service works and the pests stay out of our home. We are happy with Clarks.

The customer service was amazing. They were professional, sympathetic, the pricing was incredibly reasonable. They went above and beyond to help us with a dire termite issue. The crewman who came did an amazing job. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs the services they offer.

They swept the spider webs from under the eves and were supposed to do weed control. However the weeds are green, healthy, growing, and happy.

Clark Pest Control has been servicing my home for years. The tech always checks in to see if I have any specific needs/concerns and always explains the treatment designed to meet those concerns. Always friendly and engaging, the tech is professional and helpful.

They are consistent, punctual. Aware of dog and work around if he has to be at home. Able to speak with person on phone any time I've had to call - resolved issues promptly.

When my renter saw ants, I hired Clark and they responded that day and managed the problem promptly. They assured my renter that the ants will be gone and please contact they if there were any further problems. They are a local company and took pride in their service. Great customer service!

We have been Clark Pest Control customers for over 15 years now and have quite a history with them. (We did have another pest control service prior, but switched.) Clark Pest competently services our yard for snails, ants, spiders, weed control, and rodent control. Indoors, they have taken care of infestations of ants, mice, and Indian Meal Moths.The Indian Meal Moth infestation was a particularly challenging situation and each technician worked with us to provide helpful information and suggested preventative measures we could do. In fact, the area manager came out to personally help us out at one point. Thankfully, those pesky little moths are gone now.We find each service tech to be well trained, respectful, and timely. Our current man, Jason, is knowledgeable and is a hard worker to meet our needs. We are serviced every other month. From the start, we requested a call the day before so we could unlock our side gate for backyard service and every technician has done so without fail.We also have Clark's Termite Control yearly inspection protection and have been treated once. They have our confidence that their personnel know what they are doing and we couldn't be more pleased. Our Clark's chief termite inspector comes out each year and does his tap, tap, tap routine and provides us with a timely detailed report of his findings and recommendations. We highly recommend Clark for your pest control needs for both indoor and yard. As retirees, we find their prices affordable and fair. Gary and Margie U.

Be careful with signing anything with these guys cause they will tell you one thing out you in a 7 month to 1 year contract in the fine prints. They said the were going to clean out all of the spiders webs, remove wasps nest and they just walked around and sprayed and I had to call them back cause their spay didn’t work I got infested with fleas.

The experience we had with Clark's Pest Control was very positive from start to finish. Scheduling the fumigation was done according to our preference. We wanted it done right away and it happened the way we wanted it. Omar was very thorough and gave us a clear idea of what will happen and what to do. We highly recommend him to others.

Friendly, unobtrusive and highly competent folks working here. The young man that services my house monthly is always courteous, friendly and just goes about doing his job after letting me know he's here. I'm very happy with Clark Pest Control!

Jason is my service person, he is wonderful he listens the issues I’m having (due to neighbors with unclean premises). In the beginning, I saw newborn baby mice crawling from their houses. Jason was helpful in where to set up barriers so they don’t move into my house. He has followed through with bimonthly insect spray and rat traps that are safe for my animals. He informs me when there is heavy activity in the rat traps.

This might be a repost and the first one was xlnt. The guy was a professional and he was very knowledgeable. Nice👍🏼

After calling and setting up a 2 hour window for an inspection, the technician never showed up. The company said they dont know why and would be happy to schedule another inspection... in 7 days. Working with this company was unfortunately a waste of everyone's time.
