This company is terrific! And ius so much more than just insect treatment.

The owner, Jonathan, knows his stuff and comes to the property if a particular diagnosis is needed. The several crew members are also terrific. They don't just apply treatments on my lawn (for bugs, weeds, fungus, fertilizer, deep-root palm micronutrients) - they have been trained to really know about lawns and palms and the treatment they require. A few years ago, my new St. Augustine grass was a mess - tried to save some $$ and got bad sod. Within 6 mos it was full of weeds, etc. Jonathan came in and within 6 mos it looked like a different yard. Monthly insect, weed and fertilizer treatment did the trick. I've been with him for 3 years now and could not be more happy. And the prices are, in my opinion, very fair.

Since my friends told me about this company they have taken care of my yard which was struggling with care from a previous company. My grass and plants are beautiful, and when I call with a bug problem they are on it within the day! Love this company very efficient and Kristen is very sweet to talk to, even Jonathan will call. I recommend this company for all your yard needs!

The two young men who came today were very professional and went out of their way to do a very thorough job. They checked with me if there was any other areas to do. They are very welcome to provide the Vale services anytime on this property

I have been using Vale for almost a year on my two homes. Initially the company was great. A couple of small hiccups which is common. The office has always called me to let me know I am on the schedule for the week. In the notes it is clear that I need a call roughly 15 minutes before they arrive as I have four dogs that I need to make sure are in the house, not the yard. Sometimes I get a call from the gentlemen before they arrive occasionally not. This week Vale just showed up, no call from the office, or the sprayers. Neither of the men spoke English, an app was used for interpretation with the office. Hmmm. I called the office, I was told I was put on the schedule last minute and then Kristin said, “Do you always get a call to let you know you are on the schedule?” I said yes, and thought that was an odd question. The gentlemen came back, I got the dogs in the house. I work from home which is one of the reasons I need a heads up on when they are coming. I am glad I was not on a conference call. What if I had not been home? If they had opened up the gate they could have let my dogs out or worse case scenario been bit as the sprayers would have been unapproved strangers in my yard and my dogs would have been naturally protecting my property. Anyone would expect a heads up call out of respect, and I do want sprayers that speak English so that I can communicate with them, as before, that is fair.

10/16/2023 Thank you for your response, I did just speak with Kristin, I have always had a call ahead for the safety of my pets as well as your employers, as ai would never want one of your employers hurt. I was just told that service is no longer offered after the fact. As for the crew that arrive, I never commented on ethnicity, only I would prefer someone that speaks English so I can communicate with them.

I almost lost 2 very expensive palm trees using Vale Environmental services. Due to this, I asked Vale to not charge me for the last month and they refused. I fired them and received an angry phone call from the owner. Within 2 weeks of being treated and fertilized by Franklin Pest Solutions, both of these palm trees responded and looked totally healthy, again.

We live part time in Stuart, Florida. We are absent about 6 to 7 months each year. It is critical that we have dependable service companies for all requirements especially while we are away. IN the 20 years we have owned our home in Stuart we have been through three previous companies to maintain both fertilization, and bug control. Frankly we got exhausted replacing palm trees and other plants that keep dying. We have been with Vale for 5 years now, we find his prices competitive and we have stopped having to replace plantings. While away if they spot something that is a problem, I get a personal call from the office informing me of the issue. We find Vale in a class by themself. WE highly recommend them, especially if you are absent for any significant time.

Just got our service from Vale today and want to mention what a superb job they do. Spraying our lawn, bushes and trees they even brush our soffits under our eaves. Overall I was happy with the first lawn treatment with Vale. Both Techs were very friendly and considerate, Alan was more articulate explaining what he was looking for and what type chemicals he would be using for treatment. I did see them applying both the spray and granular and although I only caught a small area of application, they seemed to be very conscientious to apply evenly and everywhere. When completed, they used a blower to remove the excess granular from concrete surfaces (thumbs up). I did kind of expect some added feedback on maybe future watering instructions post application (too much, too little) and/or advised of any evidence of problems like fungus.

We have been using Vale Pest Control for many years and we are always delighted by our experience with them. The individuals who come to our house are professional and courteous. Would highly recommend Vale Pest Control to anybody.

So far so good! They just started servicing my yard today and their communication has been very good. They showed up when they said they would and performed the services I requested. I put down 2 pallets of new sod so wanted to start using them asap once that was laid to get the best results and start to recoup the rest of the yard from the influx of dollar weed. They came recommended by a friend and so far no complaints. I hope I start to see some good results in a few months.
