Our Travis Pest Services tech Liz does a great job protecting our home. Liz is cheerful, efficient, and 100% responsive to our concerns and requests. Normally Liz only needs to treat the outside of our home to keep it pest-free. I asked her to also treat the inside this time and she was super-responsive. She contacted me to schedule a good time and took care of my request before proceeding to do the outside work. Like everyone we've talked to at Travis, Liz is friendly and helpful. Never heard of Plaster Bag Worm before but so far they’re gone. When I shown the Technician of that bug and baby, he wasn’t sure but said he would check with office. Same day received a call and told me the info and came the day day to spray. Very good service and dedication.

Since Casey has been spraying our yard (and occasionally inside) we have been bug free. I also haven’t seen the palm rats that used to hang around the outdoor kitchen. They are responsive and willing to adjust to fit my schedule. I can’t recommend Travis enough, and especially Casey!

Carlos called before coming for service. After treating my outside area he came in to treat the bathrooms and kitchen for small unidentified beetle. Have not seen any more since he sprayed. I have been using Travis since early 2000’s and am happy with their service.
