TBM did a great job removing two trees close to a house, one very large and very close. Good crew. Scary to watch, but they didn’t drop any logs on the roof, and obviously are experienced and know what they’re doing. Aimed for and hit a plastic bottle dropping the trunk.

Heard of these guys through a friend and thought I would give them try since I had some branches hanging over my daughter's room that I was afraid were going to fall during a storm. I typically never use services like this, but I am so glad I called them! They arrived at my house at the time I was told and they removed the branches hanging over my house in a timely manner without making a mess of my yard or damaging any property! I would highly, highly recommend them, especially if you aren't too familiar with hiring a tree service. They made this whole experience a simple and stress free one!

Travis does excellent work at a reasonable price. I can't recommend TBM highly enough! I live out of state and he communicated well with me to handle significant tree clean up.

Travis, Justin and the TBM team arrived as scheduled and spent a workday removing trees from around our home and near power and cable lines. They also removed and trimmed trees damaged from the recent ice storm. The TBM team worked fast, used their time efficiently, chipped limb debris and removed larger limbs and brush to a nearby burn pile. They are scheduled to return to grind remaining stumps. The chipped debris was blown for later use as mulch and ground cover. Travis and Justin were sensitive to and minimized turf damage from use of the skid steer grapple around our home. Potential firewood from the tree removal was cut to length and stacked neatly. They raked and cleaned the worksites after completion and used a blower to clean off hard surfaces. TBM was very competitive in their estimate for this work, and surpassed our expectations. Travis, Justin and entire team were courteous, friendly, sensitive and accommodating of our requests. Great job! Highly recommended and will use them again.

They came out today and took out a tree that was too close to the house. They did a great job cleaned up before they left arrived when they said they would. They have fair pricing and I am very happy with the service they provided. I would use them again if I had to take another tree out.

First of all they are BUSY! This is always a good sign and the recent weather has contributed I'm sure. They have done two trees in my yard and have always done a great job. This last one was in a tight area with lots of gardening and ALL the plants survived which speaks to their care and attention to detail. Great service, Travis is a great guy and we WILL use them again. Only this time lets hope it's because we wanted to remove a tree not because one blew over :)

TBM did an excellent job of removing about 15 trees from my property. They were reasonably priced and did exactly what I wanted. They were on time and did not leave behind any debris. I highly recommend this company. 5 star rating.

Trimmed 3 trees and took a large oak tree down. Skid steer really messed up my yard. I’m going to have to resow large area. They left some dead branches on my trees that I’m going to have try & remove myself 🤬. I asked a crew member and Travis to get them for me. They both said they would take care of it but they didn’t. The guy that gave me the estimate said they would trim up some smaller trees in my front yard but they didn’t touch them. I paid what I was charged. Really wish they had done everything I was told they would. Really can’t recommend this company

I have used TBM Tree Service two times and will use them again. Once for cleaning up storm damage and once for general landscaping and trimming. The owner is a great person, easy to get along with and helpful. The employees are very good at what they do and polite. When they leave your property looks great because of the job they did, and their thorough clean up.

Travis and his crew are wonderful, hardworking, responsive, professional and customer focused. Highly recommend calling them if you have trees that need to be trimmed or cut down. TBM has helped us multiple times over the years. They are the only tree service we use because they are reliable and good to work with and well priced.

I cannot say enough good things about TBM. Travis was excellent to work with. Free estimate and then able to do the work in an extremely timely manner for a very affordable price. This job was storm cleanup and tree removal. I will definitely call TBM for any future tree services. Excellent customer service!

Seeing TBM at work in my Murfreesboro Georgetown subdivision, I considered my own need for tree service, put together a scope of work, submitted it through their website over the weekend, was contacted by phone Monday morning, an estimator (Travis) appeared at my house within hours, and I had a quote Monday afternoon that was substantially lower than two others (Barbers and Davey), partially because TBM's equipment was still in the neighborhood. Monday evening, I had accepted the estimate, work began the next morning, and the job was complete the following day. AMAZING response and execution! The crew foreman (Brian) introduced himself, consulted me as work proceeded, fielded my questions and requests, and ensured clear communication to make the job an absolute success. Even the substantial clean-up was superb. TBM provided a WONDERFUL customer experience, EXCELLENT work quality, and a TREMENDOUS value, making me feel grateful and fortunate!

They came to cut down 3 trees on May 29th, they nicely cut down 2 more rotten trees. One 40 ft tree they fell and just left on my grass, they trimmed the branches, but left without cutting it up. I called back right away after they left as I didn't check to see if they cut it up or moved it off the grass. Travis said he'd send someone back to cut it up. I'm still waiting for them to come back, its now June 23rd. I'll revise this post once they honor their word.

Very professional and prompt. TBM came out the same day that I had called them because luckily they had another job that same day in my neighborhood and they helped handle a crisis in a tree in my neighbor's backyard. We will absolutely use their services again!!

Travis and his crew are the best! We could not be more pleased with their work. They trimmed and took care of 6 of our trees. They left our property clear of leaves and even the smallest of trimmings from their work. Attention to every detail, knowledgeable, and hard working. These guys know what they're doing and they do it well. We'll definitely hire them again when we're ready for the next phase of care and treatment for all our trees.
