Had 3 rather large stumps and he did a wonderful job. Even being as cold as it was he kept going. Excellent Job at a fair price. Very nice gentleman. I recommend him highly.

Very nice guy from getting a quote, which was reasonable to getting the tree cut down. Done all the tree cutting, loading of the wood and raking the excess limbs by himself. If your in the Bedford county area and needing a tree removed, give this (Local) company a try.

He was very prompt in getting out to my residence and giving me a quote to remove a tree that fell during the storm. He came early to take the tree down and all debris was removed promptly and cleanly. Would use for any future
tree issues that we might have.

Jonathan and family did a great job! Cut Down 2 pretty good size trees and one small tree and grinded the stumps and roots that were sticking up and cleaned it up. Very recommended.

Mr. Miller did a great job of trimming our trees and hauling away large pieces from the limbs cut. He was good as his word. We would definitely recommend him!

Miller Tree Service was a good experience. Price was fair, quality of work was good and was overall responsive to our call after another tree service gave us the run around. We would recommend them to anyone and would definitely use again!

Johnathan came out for a quote the same day we called! We had some tree branches that were all intertwined and a mess. On super windy days we were concerned about breakage due the creaking noises it would make. After seeing it, Johnathan came back the very next day and took care of it! Nice guy and wonderful service!

This man was on time and very quick to come out and quote me a price then showed up the next day and dropped the tree. Did an amazing job dropping the tree being that it was close to my house and my neighbors fence. (65 foot tree, 20 foot from my house and 40 for from my neighbors fence) He will be coming back to finish cutting, removing the tree and grinding the stump out and I will pay another review and pics at the time... So far I couldn't be more satisfied!!I Will post more when clean up is complete.

Hired him to do a huge oak tree in our yard. Took care of it quickly, did exactly what we discussed, and his clean up is incredible. Very reasonably priced. We just spoke to have him come back out and do another tree. Highly recommend!

I hired Mr. Shelby Miller to cut up, haul away and grind the stump of a medium sized Bradford Pear Tree. He arrived and did everything but grind the stump. He asked me for $400 of the $500 price that we agreed upon. He said he would be back by the end of the week to finish the job. So I gave him the money. It took several phone calls and texts but he did arrive about 10 days later to grind the stump. And he was not one bit happy about it either. He was rude. I had a long branch that had fallen off of that tree, it was about 10 feet long and weighed maybe a pound. He sent his little boy to the door for the $100 due to him and I asked the boy if he and his dad could please carry off that tree branch. The little boy tells his dad and I was watching and Mr. Shelby Miller waved his arms and it was very clear from his body language that this request made him mad. So I walked out on the sidewalk and he totally ignored me. He did not acknowledge me at all. I said You don't mind taking that branch do you? He said Its on the truck ain't it? No small talk, no have a good day, no it was nice doing business with you.
It was very clear that coming back to do the stump made him angry. I was kind enough to go ahead and give him the $400 and he obviously didn't appreciate my kindness one bit. He is cocky and has a bad attitude.
He asked me for a good review but his surly attitude ruined my experience with him. Good manners are important. It truly makes or breaks a business experience and Mr. Miller has bad manners and he will never work for me again.

He was professional, responsive and punctual. I had six tree stumps removed and that can’t be an easy job. He did the job in a very timely manner. He explained what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. He did a great job and cleaned up after. I will definitely use him again for future projects. Thank you Miller Tree Service!

Jonathan came highly recommended to us by a neighbor. He returned our call quickly, and showed up when promised, both for an estimate and for the tree removal. He made quick work of a tricky job and successfully brought down a large tree that was very close to our garage and livestock fence. We would definitely recommend him!

I called to get some prices to remove some trees and within 2 hours Miller Tree Service was at my house. While pricing out what I originally requested, he saw a stump from a tree we had previously cut down and gave me a quote to remove (something I didn't know they could do). We agreed upon his price and he removed it right away. He and his son were very respectful, professional and did quality work. He even did a follow up with me about our decision to remove the trees. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND using his company!

The guy is a smart alec and shoot at animals and shoot gun all night and start fire and nobody is there watching the fire

Not sure about the tree service but they need to get out of the left lane on 65s driving 60 in a 70

I’m very satisfied with the work they did. They were respectful and did a good job cleaning up raking etc. I would recommend them.

I bought firewood from Titan Tree and the wood though advertised as seasoned was not. Most of it is so wet it won’t burn. The pieces are not cut uniformly and many of them are small pieces of kindling so I’m sure they shorted us on the wood. Even worse than the wood were the men that delivered it. They were rude and it took us 6 weeks to get our wood even though it was ordered in October. I would not use this company for your firewood.

I was very impressed with Titan. I had firewood delivered and could not be there when it was delivered. The stand for stacking wood was not big enough to handle all the wood so they stacked it in various places that would keep the wood dry and out of the way. It was such a pleasant surprise whn I arrived and saw what they had done. I will definitely be using them for any tree work or wood in the future!!
