The owner Gordon is very professional and very responsive. We have been through many pool companies and extremely happy with this one! Raddy is our technician- he’s very knowledgeable and thorough. Lastly, they are very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them.

Raddy came out and installed a new pool filter and rebuilt our pool pump. Prices were competitive. He did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. There was a small leak as one of the rings on the filter wasn’t quite tight enough. I text Raddy about the issue. He came out the very next working day and retightened the ring and said if there any further problems just text me and I’ll come back.

We have been using Arizona Home and Pool services since we moved to Fountain Hills. We have always had a great experience with them on our pool and spa needs, yard services including irrigation and maintenance on the yard. This past week, we needed our irrigation replaced for the front and back yard. The guys that came out were on time, it took less than two full days of which they cleaned up after themselves both the fist day before leaving and when they completed the project. They were very hard workers, always focused on their work, they were very polite. We’ve dealt with too many bad contractors and even though we have always had good experiences with AZ Pools , one never knows how a job like replacing irrigation will turn out. This experience was awesome, as it always is with AZ Pools. I recommend them highly for any of their services

Gordon and his team or professionals have been doing a fantastic job of maintaining our pool. When ever we have a problem, they are ready to help solve it quickly. I would highly recommend Arizona Home & Pool Services.

We had a problem with our pool heater not turning on - so cold hot tub....We had a response within an hour, someone onsite in 90 minutes - repair completed, inspected the equipment, very professional. I will definitely work with them again when we need more help. Great response and team. I wish all our suppliers were this well organized and responsive. Thank you.

The owner Gordon and his team have done great job of taking care of our pool! We switched to Arizona Home & Pool in September 2020 after we decided our prior pool guy had become to complacent and lazy. We’ve only good words for our usual tech, Raddy, and the rest of Gordon’s team! We highly recommend them!

Gordon and Raddy are very helpful and pay attention to the details. We had landscape lighting that was shabby at best and Gordon got it all taken care of and it looks spectacular. It is not often that after 2+ years of using a company you can still say the service is beyond outstanding. I want to provide this update because often services fall off and that is simply not the case with AZhome and pool. If anything service continues to improve. In the course of 2 Pluse years not one appointment has been missed, every time there is a pool issue it is immediately brought to my attention along with detailed comments on any repair, replacement and cost. I have even come home and found the owner, Gordon, doing the weekly service because our regular person, Roddy - who is amazing- is on vacation. Of all the service companies I have used (home cleaning, landscape, painting etc...) this is the one that I never need to be concerned about or even think about changing. If you need a pool company look no further- this is the best!
