Rudest person I have ever met. He was mowing the yard next to us and we were going to ask for a quote on our yard. After we asked him to move his truck from in front of our mailbox he was exceptionally rude to myself and my husband and used rude hand gestures towards us. There is NO chance I would ever want someone like this providing a service to me as I couldn’t be sure he wouldn’t make the neighbors angry.

I have paid for a service I will never get. In the age of tech don't make a service payable online of you don't plan on backing it. If you have the ability to choose the size of your lawn and then pay for the service to do said lawn. It should have warning telling you "warning you need to talk to Brad 1st" Or on the website say "1st call Brad before you pay"
My next issue is there is a thing called customer service. And you never know who you are talking to on the other end. How many people this person can reach. And word of mouth is a very powerful tool (i.e. bad word spreads like a wildfire) So maybe not be rude on the phone when you are talking to somebody. And dont call them an "idiot for not calling 1st"
In conclusion I am going to let everyone know in all my circles about what happend. I say look else where. Other lawns services back there product and charge less for the same quality of work.

I use Clean Cut Lawn Service on multiple properties and I am 100% satisfied with their service! I am so thankful for them. I would not hesitate in recommending them for any of your lawn care needs.

Brad and his crew always show up on time and go above and beyond. If he can’t do the extra jobs needed, he knows who to contact to be a reliable helper. He’s a hard worker who is dependable and affordable. It’s not hard to find 2/3 qualities, but rare to find a businessman with all 3!

Y'all need grass cut. Can't/won't do it yourself. Call these guys, I don't understand why they like cutting grass and helping people, but they do! Amazing part of the thing they're looking out to get you the solution you want. Trust me as I have learned it's more than just getting blades turning. They look for what you want when they finish. Take a break y'all theses guy's love cutting grass and we can do something in the house where that AC is going good. Yall have a great day!

We have been going to Brad for a little over a year! He can almost always offer same day or next day service and it always looks awesome! He is reasonably priced, very professional, and does great work! We would not go to anyone else!

Our lawn always looks fabulous after they finish. They do an excellent job for the price. We searched around for a good lawn service and Clean Cut Lawn Service is one of the best in Clarksville.

Called last minute since the person I hired did not even show up or call to cancel. Brad was very courteous and kind. They came out, did the job and a great one at that! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Was quoted $65 for a grass removal job, which was far from reasonable. Scheduled to come between 9:00 and 9:30am, I received a text message at 9:15 saying that his "mow schedule was overbooked and removal wasn't as time effective" after I had already been booked with him. 0/10 would not recommend with only 2 interactions I had with the owner. That is not how you do business.

I hired this company (owner Brad Shoemaker) to keep up.my elderly mother's yard. When I reminded Brad about keeping the bushes trimmed he said it would be an extra $100.00 (a 10 minute job). I specifically asked if the bushes would be included before hiring Brad and he said yes.
Before this, my mother didn't have the correct dollar amount so she overpaid. He didn't come back with her change. Instead he waited for me to find him and said he would mow her yard instead of givng her change back. He said it was an honest mistake; he forgot.
After this last incident of him not keeping his word to keep the bushes trimmed, it is clear Brad is not an honest businessman. I will be reporting him to the BBB and contacting the media.
It's a shame businesses prey on the elderly.

Clean Cuts friendly team delivers a nicely cut yard. They are receiving this rating because I would say if they are available book them. They are well worth it.

This is not going to be a negative review! We have had very poor experiences with Lawncare services in Clarksville over the last 5+ years. We recently started using Clean-Cut, and the difference is mind-boggling. We have almost two acres of lawn and it’s not an easy job. I am disabled, so I cannot do the yard maintenance that I would love to do, and that adds to the chore of the Lawncare team. Brad’s crew came in, double-cut the lawn, mulched all the Magnolia leaves, edged all around the property, and did it in an unbelievably short time.
I am extremely happy with this service. I use them weekly. Of course there are some days that they are not going to make it due to inclement weather throwing schedules behind and off. I totally understand that.
If Brad continues to offer this kind of service, I will sing their praises to the tops of the mountains!

Horrible customer service and flat out rude. Made excuses not to cut grass saying he just has way too many customers and not enough equipment!! Well if you have all these customers would t you be able to get more equipment to be able to take on more customers?? But it's ok we found a great lawn guy to take care of our lawn while we were out of town with no issues!! Thanks for making it easy to not choose you! And trying to charge us more money and was bashing my husband because he said it would be $50 but then waits weeks to take it out of our account and then mowed but did a horrible job! When we asked him to mow another section of the grass he refused because it would be too hard on his equipment?! Haha wow, we found another lawn care place to do it cheaper than what he first quoted us and did a 100 times better job!

Set appoint to set a bi-weekly service on Fridays with Brad, On the day of the service we texted when was he going to be here, was told 3:30ish, at 5:30 hadn't heard anything so I text again, got a call that led to Brad yelling at me for not understanding why he hadn't been to my house yet. Told me to go ahead and post a negative review because he didn't need any more business. Such a weird experience.

Hired them to mow my backyard which hasnt been mowed all year, so can only imagine what a mess it was. They offered me a pretty resonable price and even offer to my front lawn for no additional charge. The crew was very friendly, got the job done quickly and neatly. Would use their services again and recommend them to someone else..

I have been using this service for going on 3 years and have had nothing but good experiences. Even on an as needed basis, I've not run into any issue scheduling services. The owner is communicative and the crew's quality of work is noteworthy. If you're in the market for routine lawncare services, I highly recommend giving this company a try.

Worst customer service ever. Had to call an text numerous times just to get my grass cut on schedule. Then on top of that after I texted the owner to see why they forgot about my yard. He told me to get someone else to cut my grass. Either he’s racist or does not care about his business an picks an chooses who’s lawns he wants to care of. I’ve been in Clarksville since I joined the military back in 2006 an I have never been treated like this by a lawn care service company. Do not book him spend your money where the business will appreciate you as much as you appreciate them.

Brad made time to take care of my yard on short notice and do an amazing job! Fair price and friendly are the things that immediately stood out with my experience. Highly recommended!

These guys are top notch. Quick to get to your yard, quick while they're there. Clean. They don't leave grass around. Alot of companies do. They chop down foliage that most companies don't deal with. Those companies call it "treeage". If these guys can take it out, they will. Can't say enough about these dudes. I discovered them on my last deployment to AFG. They took care of my yard well. I've used a handful of companies. These guys are the best.
