The owner and his crew worked with my husband to set up a schedule to mow and maintain our yard while he was deployed and I was pregnant. They showed up every single time, gave us a great rate as a thank you for my husband's service, and even helped me unload groceries from my car when I was as big as a house at the end of my pregnancy. Mr. Shoemaker is wonderful both as a service provider and as a person. My family was lucky to find him as deployents are stressful enough without having to keep up with my jungle lawn. Brad and his crew have been maintain my yard for years now. Yes like everyone else I tried to do it my self one day I might cut most of the yard another day I might pick up most of the trash and once or twice a year I would get around to trimming but I never seem to get it all done at once so my yard was mostly an eye sore. So I did the math and it simply did not work out in my favor by the time I purchased a GOOD riding mower I could simply pay Clean Cut to do for several years LOL. Now I hear the gate drop mowers start and in just a few minutes my whole yard looks great Trim work and all lol. I strongly recommend Clean Cut to anyone who desires a great looking yard but simply does not have the time to do it or anyone like me who simply hates yard work and would rather do anything else. Thanks Brad for keeping my yard looking great and I am sure my neighbors appreciate it too.

I usually push mow my yard but we had a lot of rain and my grass got out of hand. I contacted Clean Cut and they offered to fit me into their schedule. The day they were supposed to come it rained more than was expected and they understandably rescheduled. For 2 more days they rescheduled showing up on the 3rd day to look at my yard in the early morning and drive away. I texted asking if they were coming back and they didn't reply for 2 MORE days. They had the gall to tell me my yard was "a little extreme" and requested more money than was originally quoted. Thankfully, I wisened up and had contacted another company to mow my yard. Which I should have done days before. But I made the mistake of believing that the guys with Clean Cut would do what they said they would do. But instead of being honest with me and telling me they couldn't fit me into their schedule they dragged me along, letting my yard get worse than it was when I had initially called to get more money out of me. Just bad business practice.

Had to use the services of Clean Cut Lawn Services for a few months. They were excellent and very punctual for the time and scheduling. They moved things around my yard to get were I neglected without even asking. Very courteous and even when I was not there they took care of it. I would recommend this service to anyone in need of lawn care. Great Job!!!!

Brad truly hooked me up! Responsive, professional, quality work & affordable!! Despite my poor planning, he was able to cut my fiancé’s yard as a surprise the same day I called. Amazing!! They were super nice, did an awesome job, and i couldn’t be happier! I called them while I was at work, and they came out to my place while I was working. Paying over the phone made it so easy, and it was great to come home to a nice yard after working all day! Will definitely be using them for any other yard work i need done!

I've been using Clean Cut for years, in two different homes and have always appreciated their good job. Recently I had to ask them to come back after my scheduled service, for extra trimming around my house and they came within a few days and did a fantastic job quickly. Thanks for the excellent work.

With all the rain my grass got too tall for me to cut it myself with my old push mower. I was embarrassed at how high it was when I called Clean Cut after a friend recommended him. The workers didn't blink and eye when they showed up to see my high grass. They used really nice and expensive looking equipment and knocked my yard out in under an hour. Thanks for doing a great job. I'll definitely be calling you next time my lawn turns into a jungle.

Extremely responsive, courteous, and thorough. I contacted Brad for an "emergency" lawn service on a Saturday morning at 8:30; our home was on sale and desperately needed some curb appeal by noon in preparation for a critical showing at 1:00. Brad graciously fitted our request into their already busy schedule. Brad and his team were prompt, accommodating, respectful, and professional - our lawn was expertly mowed, the flowerbeds were weeded, and the debris removed. There is NO DOUBT that I would use Brad again. You will not be disappointed.

I've had them cut our grass twice in a month and each time they do an excellent job! These guys are great and get the job done without any problems! I am very, very happy with their service and they seem to be the only guys to answer their phones when we call them for an appointment! Thank you, Clean Cut!

Brad is friendly, professional, and always does a great job. He is the only person that I have ever hired that has double cut my yard to make sure there aren't clumps and it looks great. He goes above and beyond what other lawn care companies offer. He shows up when he says he is going to, always answers the phone, and works with my schedule and budget. He takes credit card payments which makes it so much easier to get my lawn cut on a schedule without having to worry when I can be here to pay with cash. There is a reason he has been in business for 15 years. He does a great job!

I am the wife of a deployed soldier who was looking for a reliable, affordable, crew to cut my grass while he is gone. I got just that with Clean Cut Lawn Service. They did an excellent job! I know my husband appreciates it just as much as I do. Brad was very friendly and I know I will be able to rely on him for the rest of the summer. Highly Recommend!

Did a great job on my lawn at a fair price( not a big yard but the grass in back was pretty long)..... not so great job on damaging the pool pump outlet that now no longer works. Tried to say the pool doesn't look like it has been running and how could his crew have damaged the outlet that already had two of the four outlets bad. I told him I did not know, but the pull pump and outlet was working and running before and during the cutting and wasn't when they finished. Owner was very unreasonable and threatened me when I told him I wasn't going to pay until the outlet was fixed. Made derogatory comments about our home and vehicle when he was leaving. That was pretty mature of him. Had to call the police. I was going to be charged with left of service if he was not paid. I paid the owner him so we would not have to deal with him or his company again. They might do a good job cutting your grass but if the crew damages anything in your yard it will be your fault. Do you really want to do business with someone who would threaten people?? That is real professional, right? Utilize this service at your own risk !!

Brad and the crew have been amazing! They are VERY efficient with getting the yard cut quickly, yet thoroughly, with edging and blowing. They make sure to cut down any weeds around my children's play house and playset, which I really appreciate. I have had others who are a bit lackadaisical when it comes to anything other than the main part of the yard. They have been very understanding and accommodating with our requests and needs. We call them each season to keep up the great work! They are usually on time or early.

Clean Cut Lawn Service has been outstanding from day 1. Brad has been more than a lawn service. He has been very helpful in other jobs around the house. How many of you can say that your lawn service have extended out a helping hand and money is not the reason why they do it .It's because he cares and that's a Friend. So when you check out a lawn service ,also check out what comes with it. A GOOD HEART!!

Brad is extremely professional and will take care of your needs with speed and precision. I called him the day I needed my yard cut (last second some what emergency) and he dropped everything to come out and take care of us. He was done within 15-20 minutes and my yard has never looked better. I use him now every 2 weeks. Wouldn't ever go with anyone else!

I called to get my son’s yard ready for the house to be put up for sale. They came out and did an amazing job. I also had mentioned I had some odds and in jobs I needed done and they helped me with those. They helped me tremendously with getting the house ready. I would highly suggest using this business!

I moved to Clarksville 3 years ago and was doing great until I had health issues and I had seen Brad and his crew we mowing my neighbors yard and I thought hey lets get him to help me out and since then he has cut my grass even better than I can. I’m new to the area and I called a few different lawn services when I called Clean lawn service Brad answered the phone and spoke with me directly from the minute I talk to him I felt comfortable I set up a time for my lawn service he showed up on time and went above and beyond to make my lawn look beautiful it was way too long and he took the extra time to bring it down to the level I wanted and did a fantastic job his crew is top notch I absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a lawn service that pays attention to detail and is very Professional. Terrible experience!!! I am a single mom who is from the city and knows nothing about lawn upkeep. I explained this to this guy Brad and he came out and was super rude and OFFENDED because my grass was high, which I told him!! He quoted me a price and then changed his mind. I told him have a good day and I would leave a review. Because of this he threatened to post my address which I hope he does so I can file a police report. Long story short bad customer experience.
