My AC needed services. Their timing was on point and the cleaning n serving my unit was handled in a professional manner. Based on their b service I opted to Inter into a maintenance contract. Great job!

Very professional technician (Joseph). Explained the problem with details, gave us all necessary information. Was able to perform repairs and process invoice and all on the same day. Will be using them again!

Cisco was responsive, professional and very reasonable. Extremely happy with the timing and the service. They replaced our 7.5 ton AC with very little downtime.

Knowledgeable technicians for the maintenance and repair work. The office end is lacking in that calls go to a call service and I wasn't given pricing upfront for a service call. The billing is electronic and automatically calculates the credit card fee. It would be more clear to allow for the cash or credit card options. Overall, a positive experience.

I was very pleased with the services I received. The technician had to work longer than usual due to some problems he encountered. He was patient and diligent and completed his work. Hats off to Walter for a job well done.

Both Walter and Corey have come out for various issues on 2 units and they've been great. Walter came today, had to crawl on top of the roof and then inside a small opening in our very old house in 95 degree heat. He was thorough, explained what went wrong with the unit and his demeanor was professional, very cool and calm despite the heat. I highly recommend Cisco's.

We worked with them to install a system on a remodel! NGL they drove me a little crazy during install but the stress of a new remodel probably made me a little bit more touchy than usual so won't knock a star off for that.

The reason why they probably get five stars is because they respond if there's an issue ASAP. Our blower went out on a 3-year unit and they came out on the same day to get it fixed. I appreciate them maintaining the equipment expeditiously, so five stars all the way.

We've had other minor issues since install and they have responded same day and have had the unit up and running in a blink.

Stand up hard to come by place of business!! If you have any AC/heat issues this is your place!! Dependable, trustworthy and of their word!!! This review is coming from a customer that had one of those problematic units and these guys came back until it was right! Good reviews are easy with one stop fixes!! This was not the case and no fault of these guys (unit faulty from factory) these guys seen my problem through and I am forever grateful especially with all the darkness right now it’s refreshing to see some bright light and meet great people running a great business!!! Mr. Cisco explained to me why he recommended a new system for my situation and showed me what went wrong with the old one. Walter and Carter were professional through and through— from responsiveness to explanation of their plan to cleanliness. I highly recommend them.

They are the most responsive, professional and respectful people I have ever dealt with. Installed new AC Heating unit and I'm so pleased with all aspects.

Corey was so helpful with our ac issue today. I called yesterday to make an appt for today and he was there on time and assessed the issue immediately. He fixed our ac very quickly and the price was very reasonable. Our house was so unbearable before Corey fixed the problem and now it’s nice and cool! I definitely recommend Cisco’s!

I have been using Cisco’s AC and Heating for decades in both my home and businesses. You couldn’t pay me to change contractors! They are always reliable, efficient and conscientious. Cisco’s can handle anything and they care.

Walter was great and respected my wishes for my home. He diagnosed the problem and got me back up and running again, so I am cool and happy for the moment. He will do some research on evaporator coils and find one that works and then will come back out soon. So far so good. For now, I do not know about pricing and quality, but if things continue from where they are currently, I expect nothing but the best!
