Cisco's is a true family company; the kind you wish you could work with for every service you need. They are truly a no-wait company. In fact, the only reason I've never been seen next-day is because MY schedule wouldn't permit it - and I'm in Mandeville! Cisco's employees are courteous, quick-working, and thorough. They are comfortable to talk with during consultations and get the job done right with expert recommendations. No one likes to have their AC repaired, but Cisco's takes every bit of "pain" out of the process. They are a pleasure to work with.

Technician was not clear, and did not explain work that was performed prior to completing the work... Several days later, A/C system STILL does not cool properly... Tried to contact the company MULTIPLE times and have been ghosted by them... No Response!!!! They happily charged me $800 but fail to follow up on their work... I even called the owner, Darryl DeGeorge, and have left multiple voice and text messages, but have not heard anything back from anyone !!!

Owner was very informative and good at explaining what was wrong. The speed and efficiency that they installed an entire new unit was very impressive, to say the least. Overall I highly recommend this crew.

I was given a 10-1 window. Technician showed up at 1:30 with a bad attitude. Put coolant in the a/c system and then told me there was a leak. Coolant leaked out in two days. Now I'm out $545 and still no cold air. Also, they charge an extra 3% to use a credit card but don't tell you in advance. I would never use this place again. Very disappointing.

We were told by a friend that our AC condenser needed to be replaced. Not good news to hear. One of my wife's employees told us to call her uncle. Two hours later, Mr. Ronnie, the president of the company shows up, inspects every aspect of the AC/Heater, and after thirty minutes tells me that the while the condenser needs serviced, that it is working fine. We were almost ready to spend $2000 on a new system, and after Mr. Ronnie's magic, we spent a fraction of that for the cost of a routine service call. I highly recommend this company for AC service. When my system does need to be replaced, I will not hesitate to call Ed Blancher Services.

This company refuses to take responsibility for thing they did wrong! Don’t respond to mail and also no response to phone calls.
Had service from them about a year ago and something was not reconnected and my attic flooded. The evaporator piece was disconnected and not reconnected by the company. My ceiling and floors were damage as a result of this mistake and can’t contact them at all to see what they were going to do to make this right!!! I’m so upset with them and will not use there services again! They were paid to maintenance the unit for the summer and winter! Failed to complete the job!!!!

Grace and Faith Heating and Air rebuilt my Secondary A/C and Heater system over the summer after a lightning surged the panel.

Glad they did because my primary Heater went out on Lundi Gras 2021, the day before our "BIG Freeze" on Mardi Gras morning. They got there early AM on Lundi Gras (that Monday) and we didn't have to face the freeze today (Mardi Gras 2021) without heat to the whole house.
