I was having trouble getting service for my Kohler home generator. I called them and they came out SAME DAY!! I was amazed and very impressed. Thank you Mayeux.

I called Mayeux for a whole house generator quote based on prior favorable reviews, in particular on value. These prior reviews are not correct. Mayeaux's price was so high compared to other already high quotes that I decided to take the time to warn others who follow on Google reviews. Best advice I can share for those in the whole house generator market is to look up the price of the materials they quote you and then subtract that from the quote, what you have left is at most 2 days labor. Mayeux is price gouging.

We had a Kohler generator installed in 2017 by Mayeux. Their pricing was extremely competitive and all of their promises for installation were kept along with deadlines. We did have a few initial issues with the generator (not Mayeux), but they rectified the situation. This has been a life saver for our family and we've used it annually instead of evacuating. Even after Ida, Mayeux was out here to do a maintenance when they suffered damage to their business and home. Their customers come first!! I strongly recommend!

Mayeux’s came through when it counted most by completing our home generator install two days before hurricane Ida hit. The Kohler 20kw generator turned on immediately when the power went out during 100 mph winds and ran for 9 days straight with zero issues. Derek was very responsive to my questions regarding maintenance and oil changes to ensure the machine would run smoothly during the prolonged outage. I highly recommend the Mayeux team for a generator install which was reasonably priced and gave our family great peace of mind during a very powerful hurricane.

I was having a problem with my AC unit and after reviewing different companies I decided to go with Mayeux’s and I am so happy that I did. They delivered speedy, excellent service. I give five stars to their technician Nick he was Wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond by labeling some of my breakers, which he did not have to do, so kudos to Nick.
