They replaced the outside unit at the tattoo shop that I work at. Very knowledgeable and fast! Super nice group of guys and didn’t mind explaining everything to me whenever I had a question.

Gus Moreno arrived and checked out the system after we had water from the coil pouring down our wall and the system was not cooling. I first began to feel suspicious when he decided he needed to undo all the wiring to the condenser unit. Suspicion rose when he didn't bring any electrical equipment or gauges to use during his diagnosis. It about 15 minutes for him to conclude that our entire system was toast and we absolutely needed to install a whole new one to the tune of nearly $4000. He kept going on about how this was the best deal. Feelingy skeptical, I managed to get my usual guy, who upon arrival noticed that the guy from Diaz had left the panel on my outdoor condenser open and all the wiring disconnected. Very unprofessional! And, as it turns out, the problem was a simple blown capacitor and a clogged drain line, which was able to be fixed for about $200. Diaz air-conditioning is a scammer and a liar. I clearly did not need a new system, yet he tried to sell me one. Do not call Diaz under any circumstances!

The best A/C experience i've had in NOLA since i've begun working in the property. Professional, affordable, knowledgeable...almost a little too good to be true! After being exhausted from dealing with either prices that are beyond what they should be, or techs who don't want to perform the work, Miguel and his crew find a way to be both cost-effective AND ready to do the job. Top recommendation.

Diaz Air Conditioning Service LLC just finished installing our AC unit. They were very professional, clean, thorough technicians and answered all our questions about the new unit, thermostat and filter unit. Highly recommended.

We called Diaz Air Conditioning when it was noted that our air conditioner was leaking water all over the place and there was a significant amount of sludge accumulated in the vents. We got an appointment almost immediately and Gus, came that SAME DAY!! He was personable, efficient and very thorough. He had to come back the next day to finish up his work and he made sure that everything was done properly and thoroughly. There were things he could have done to charge us more, but he recommended that wasn't necessary and was very honest about everything. Fair price too for everything that he did! We had an issue the next day unrelated to what he did, with the wires burning out and he came back and did that for free! We will definitely be using Diaz Air Conditioning for our AC repair and maintenance in the future, and will definitely be requesting GUS!!!

I have used Clement A/C for years and thought they were reliable and dependable. BUT, while working in my attic they leaked water and it ran downstairs onto my bathroom ceiling. I had spent close to $10,000 for various repairs. I was assured by Greg Clement that his brother-in-law would call me to paint it. I never received a call. I called Clement A/C to ask why no one has followed up. I was assured by Amy ( always pleasant) that Robin (Greg's wife) would call me back. She never did. I called back and spoke to Robin and Amy, and never received a return call. it's been over a year and no one has ever followed up. I paid the $700 to have my ceiling repainted. I just called them again to tell them I was not using them anymore and why. Amy wanted me to talk to Robin. I said "no" because this has been a ridiculously long drawn out event that could have been resolved a year ago.

One of my AC units was going in and out. It I called and they had a very knowledgeable, professional, technician at my house about 2 hours later. They performed general maintenance on the unit and got it running again, but did inform me that it was an old unit and would need replaced soon. Fast forward 2 days and the unit went out altogether. I called again, and again the same tech arrived within a couple of hours in the late afternoon. He informed me the system was dead, and told me he could have a new unit installed the following morning at 8. They showed up at 8, installed the new unit and thermostat and patched the massive hole left by the old thermostat. On top of that, they credited me for the repairs that just didn’t work out a few days before.

Last winter I called one of the “other guys” to fix my furnace and paid for each step of their troubleshooting process: $500 to reset a switch, another $400 to replace the switch, another $1200 to replace a fan motor, plus a couple hundred more for resetting the circuit…. Bad business. Clements understands the customers satisfaction and quality work come first. Won’t ever use another “other guy” again! Thanks Greg!

We've been very satisfied customers of Clement Heating & Air Conditioning for many years. They are friendly, efficient and responsive. It's always a pleasure to talk with Robin Clement in the office and Gregg is very easy to deal with. They've done installations, maintenance and repairs for us. Their prices are reasonable. They are usually very responsive (Hurricane Ida and the pandemic upset the schedule a little, but it's done that with so many tradespeople). We expect to be their customers for as long as we need AC!

Highly recommend! Anthony visited on short notice, thankfully because it has been crazy hot and our AC unit was struggling to keep the house cool. Anthony identified the issue quickly and helpfully explained the issue and the options for addressing it. At a fair price too.

We had several companies out to give us quotes on a new air conditioner because ours stopped blowing cold air. EVERY company that came out wanted to charge us $10,000 to $15,000 for a new unit. Anthony came out and assessed the unit and told us we did not need a new unit; he fixed it for $328.00. He is honest and trust worthy. I recommend Anthony and his company 100%

Excellent air duct cleaning by this business. Professional, good explanation, and much of dust and particles cleaned. The guys cleaned everything, and my HVAC system works better.

This air duct cleaning service comes highly recommended. The group was polite, professional, and very smart. They took their time and made sure that every vent was clean. My house smells a lot better now.
