The true test of an HVAC company isn't when things are clear and straightforward, it's when problems are tough to diagnose. The HVAC system at our house has given Energy Saver Solutions a few opportunities to show what they're made of and they delivered with A+ service. First, our A/C unit developed a mysterious leak. Mike was absolutely tenacious about trying to find it, coming out several times and going through his entire set of diagnostic tools. Once that was fixed, our furnace decided to go out a few months later. While it at first looked like a straightforward circuit board that needed replacing, the problem turned out to be more complicated. We appreciate Mike’s creative problem solving and great customer service in getting the issue addressed. This is why we continue to trust this company with our HVAC needs, and we have them do our air duct cleaning as well.

Great customer service, the technicians were very polite, professional and explained what they cleaned out of our HVAC system. When the job was done they did a thorough job of cleaning up. I would definitely recommend this Energy Saver Solutions.

Sean and Ben were a great team. They worked with us to figure out the right way to air condition our older home and then they got the work done really quickly. I was particularly impressed at how neat the work was - every outdoor line and cable covered in an attractive casing (a lot of companies don't bother with this). They didn't even ding the walls as they were installing the indoor parts of the system - everything is beautiful. And now our home is really comfortable!

Mike and Sean came out today, really really nice guys! Mike was nice enough to squeeze behind our dryer and not disturb the dryer hose too much (it tends to come off & the lint gets everywhere) to access the outlet for their work needs. Definitely recommend using them. Cost was right on-par with other places but the service was awesome! Highly recommend Energy Saver Solutions

We recently had construction on our home and wanted someone to clean out the air ducts and service our furnace prior to moving back in. Luckily they were able to schedule this service for the same day. Ben showed up first to take care of the furnace. He was on time, answered all my questions, and was very quick. Then Mike and Sean showed up later to take care of the rest and clean out the ducts. They were extremely friendly , explained the process as they went in case I had questions, and were very careful with all of our new construction. They even worked through their breaks so they could finish early so I could go get my son. The price for both services was very reasonable. Energy Saver Solutions is awesome!!

I just got a visit from Energy Saver Solutions today because the A/C unit which they installed had its drainage pipe plugged. They were just awesome. They recognized they should have installed it differently, so they fixed the installation to make it easy for me to unplug it in the future myself and didn't charge for it. Then they turned the furnace for us, which was scheduled for late September. He was quick and precise.

I'm so glad that I found this company. The original owner of my house had Energy Saver Solutions install this furnace. The first guy that came out remembered installing it himself. That should say something. From the staff in the office in scheduling and billing to the techs in the field, they exude pleasure in their jobs and providing world class customer service. I called last night while they were closed and Mike was here at 9:15 and out by 9:45. This company and its employees are the best. I refer them all the time.

After getting multiple quotes for a full furnace replacement Energy Saver Solutions beat all of them and by a lot. Sean was able to fit us in faster than expected and the two installers showed up to the house right on time. The whole process was smooth and they made sure everything was functioning before leaving. The old furnace was hauled away and everything looked nice and clean. Sean kept in contact throughout the process which was appreciated. I would highly recommend Energy Saver Solutions to anyone needing quality, affordable HVAC work done in their home!

Had my ducts cleaned and I can't say enough nice things about the company and their staff. They explained the process clearly, answered questions and were clear about the charges. I could feel the difference after the ducts were cleaned.

DB did a great job on filthy ducts & vents in the 2000 sq.
ft. place we bought not knowing how bad previous (original) owners had been for 7+ yrs. It took a cold day & turning on the heat before we realized we couldn't function--it was terrible.
When the worker arrived, I checked the huge HEPA vacuum before he started--hours later it was full of dog hair, dust, leftover construction pieces & even cigarette butts. Found out later what were told was a one-small-dog home in fact had 3 dogs w/irresponsible owners.
After the 5-hr job, we could breathe much easier, literally.
I will add that you should be very clear w/DB owner how many ducts/registers are in your home: it took us too long to work out final charges.
Glad we hired this company & recommend their work.

Did a great job. Very thorough and professional. Explained everything he was doing as he went along. Took about 4 hours. Before and after pictures. The heating system is set up in shop and services or office. Would recommend to everyone 200%. Made sure any open seams were sealed properly. Really reasonable price but then again, breathing cleaner air is priceless.....as the saying goes, Who ya gonna call? Dustbusters!! Thanks again!!

Service was great - Technician was on time & efficient - respectful 🤎 came with 2 pair of shoes (inside house) shoes and (outside house ) boots which I thought was amazing . Not wanting to get folks house dirty (The first I’ve ever had a company do that )—Owner walked me threw the process after making a few calls to different companies decided to go with this one . Very SATISFIED definitely recommended
