Quick service, but the technician didn't note on the cleaning and inspection report (and seemingly wouldn't have told us unless my wife specifically asked about our issue) that our fireplace insert was missing a gasket seal, which had been causing smoke to enter our house from the fireplace. He did immediately point that out, but he wouldn't have without our prompting him.

Edit: Technicians came back and installed gaskets in both of our fireplace inserts.

I cannot recommend Mister Chimney enough! We wanted to do a chimney sweep for a while and the quota they gave us was by far the best! Martin was very professional and efficient and our overall communication was very smooth! Martin came on time, was respectful of our house and most importantly inspected and cleaned the chimney fast and effectively! Unfortunately, we had some very unpleasant experiences with other chimney cleaning companies in the bay that were completely unprofessional and tried to overcharge us although we asked for a quota before their visit! Our experience with mister chimney was nothing like that!! Can’t recommend them enough!

A very professional operation. Martin showed up with 30 plus years of experience and did an amazing job. He was familiar with our chimney and was able to do everything related to the chimney sweep in 30 minutes. Martin was super efficient and very clean. In addition, he was super personal and was able to answer every question. Fatima and Evy in the office are also wonderful to deal with when scheduling and confirming an appointment. Overall, highly pleased with the service and relieved to have a clean chimney.

We've used Mister Chimney in the past for cleaning our chimney, so when we moved to a new home, we called them up to inspect our new one.

They noted that our ash door and damper were missing.

Adrian came out on time for the appointment, completed the cleaning, and installed a new damper along with an ash door. He also did a great job at making sure he cleaned up once he was done.

We'll definitely have them out again for the next cleaning and would highly recommend them for wood burning chimney needs.

Martin and Adrian worked on our fireplace and chimney (including re-lining our chimney and installing a damper). We had called around different services but were very glad we picked them, as they were great to work with, knowledgeable, thorough, efficient and clean. We really appreciated their attention to cleanliness. They had us move the rug as soon as they came in, as the installation work involved a wet mixture (concrete or ceramic?) and drilling and there was a lot of ash from the chimney. Before Adrian left he wiped/vacuumed thoroughly and cleaned the fireplace and surrounding areas so it was as clean as when they arrived.

I especially appreciated that they were so quick, efficient, and thorough - home improvement projects can sometimes stretch over weeks or months in terms of work and scheduling and ordering parts. But from the time I reached out to when they completed the work on the chimney and fireplace took less than one week. That includes the time they spent ordering and then installing a part for us. I am so glad they were able to get our fireplace in working order so quickly and efficiently. We love our fireplace and have used it regularly without issue. I am glad I had the team from CleanFlowline Duct Sol look at my dirty dryer vent before it caused any real issues. They did a very thorough air duct cleaning and even checked to see if I had a defective air duct system just to be safe. I am really impressed with their services

We have used Matt Gore at Working Class Heating and Air for years. He has installed a new water heater for us, a ductless mini-split in our son's spare room, repairs on our furnace, and yearly maintenance on both the mini split and our main air conditioning unit. My girlfriend was home to provide oversight of the work performed and expressed that the two individuals were professional. They were clean and conscious of our home (condo). The lead explained the procedure, closed off the vents, and performed the spinning and vacuuming. All vents were cleaned, and despite a couple of things, I will still give them five stars for expressing their concern with the amount of dust collected from the ducts and HVAC.

I needed a new flexible duct installed on my dryer and am exterior cage installed on the dryer vent. They did the work very fast and everything looks great.
