Not often am I impressed by the quality of service and professionalism, but I was today with my first experience with Enviro-Services. Axel and his partner rang the doorbell exactly on time and worked for four hours cleaning the ducts vin our house. Their work was excellent and they kept everything clean as the worked.

A-Plus did a phenomenal job, to the point where I realized that the last duct cleaning firm I hired a few years ago didn't do the job at all. These guys were prompt, thorough, and professional. They even vacuumed my stairs to ensure no dust was left behind. Well, done! Will definitely hire again!

I had a dead bird in the dryer vent. I contacted A plus Enviro-Services and they was able to relieve us of the foul odor permeating throughout our house the same day! Super prompt service. Staff was very professional, courteous, and expedient. Highly recommend!

These guys do a thorough professional job. At the end of their work you can request to look into the air conditioning/ heat exchange panels to make sure everything is up to Snuff. This is the second time I've used them and the second time I've been 100% satisfied. I got them through a referral and would highly recommend them to any home owner.

A Plus just finished cleaning my air ducts and I can already tell a difference! My house feels amazing now and the air quality is nice and clean. We were worried we might have some mold, but they inspected and told us we didn't. We were really glad to hear that and super grateful for their honesty. We also have a dog which has caused some air quality issues--A Plus gave some tips on how to deal with that too. They really did a thorough job and the crew was super nice. I can't thank them enough for coming out and taking care of our air ducts. Highly recommend!

A Plus Enviro-Services did an amazing job! We had our HVAC system and air ducts cleaned. They took before and after pictures so we could see just how dirty our vents were and how they were restored after they cleaned them. The staff were very professional, friendly, snd thorough! We will definitely be using their service again in the future!

Professional, kind, thorough, and worth every penny. A-Plus Enviro-Services Inc. remediated a mold problem, thoroughly cleaned my ducts, and advised me on how to ensure that my central air unit and my air quality can be optimized. Will heartily recommend to all my friends. They do the most thorough job that can be done. The other companies don't have the equipment or expertise to do what this great company does.

I had my dryer vent cleaned. Apparently one should do this more often than every 22 years!!!!! Yikes! We are beyond lucky we didn't have a dryer fire. The crew was on time, thorough, very pleasant, and did a fabulous job! We'll definitely invite them back every year or so from now on. Great company!

Every step was explained clearly, and the job finished on time. After they finished, they clean up and made sure they left everything as they found it. Great job guys!

Absolutely incredible service from start to finish from A-Plus Enviro-Services.

After noticing our new dryer was leaving our clothes damp after a cycle or two, we realized we needed a dryer vent cleaning. We called another (highly-rated) company via a simple google search and they said they would have someone out the very next afternoon. We described the situation in detail, that our dryer is a stackable unit in a closet on the 3rd floor of our townhouse and the vent itself looks to be outside on the 3rd floor, about 30+ feet up. They confirmed they could do the cleaning. When the tech showed up, he walked in with dirty shoes, took a look outside and at the dryer in the closet and simply said he couldn't do it. No true explanation, just said it was too high to get to and charged me $100 for even showing up. This was Thursday afternoon and I had family coming in on Friday from out of town to go to the beach. After calling numerous other companies, who said they wouldn't be available until the end of the month, I gave up.

I decided to do another quick google search an hour later and found A-Plus Enviro-Services. I explained my situation again, in detail, and the manager, Edwin, confirmed he could get a tech out next day to do the cleaning. I expressed my anxiety over the situation with the last company and that I was told our vent was too high, but he assured me he would make sure the tech sent had the right equipment to get the job done. He gave me a small window for their arrival, which was incredibly convenient, and they arrived the next day right on time. The technicians assessed the issue and described in detail different ways they would work to resolve and clean the vent and how they'd access it through our attic. They wore shoes in my home and were very thoughtful and diligent in their efforts. I cannot thank them enough for the amazing job and impeccable service. I will continue to use A-Plus in the future not just for dryer vent cleaning but for all services offered. Highly recommend them!

The guys came out to clean my hvac & vents and did an amazing job! They were respectful to my home, used shoe covers, covered my stuff with plastic, cleaned the vents, and cleaned up after. This has been one of the most professional services I've ever had done. The quality of work was top notch, highly recommend, will use again in the future.

During our home purchase, our home inspector detected mold in the duct work. This company saved the day for my sensitive allergies. I was glad to see A Plus Enviro do the work so I could see the before and after. Amazing They took care to keep the rest of our home clean ( furniture , walls and floors) during the entire process. When we had a minor problem after they left they were glad to return and resolve the problem.

I chose A Plus based off of their reviews and reputation. Unfortunately that reputation is far-fetched and misleading. We contracted A Plus to to a HVAC duct and Dryer Vent cleaning in our home. The technicians that showed up did not go to the roof-mounted exit of the dryer vent after completing their services, claiming they didn't have enough time. They did have time, however to attempt to upsell us a $2000 anti-mold treatment that was wholly unnecessary. After continued issues with the dryer not performing after the vent cleaning, I attempted 3 times over a 3 week period to schedule them back to finish the job. "Edwin" was unresponsive and essentially ghosted me. As a result, our dryer burned out due to a blocked vent and we had to buy a new one - also had to pay an additional $300 for another duct company to come finish the job properly. Absolutely horrible experience and recommend any homeowner pass over A Plus as an option for home maintenance. A pure, unadulterated waste of money.

Awesome company! I used their services for air duct and dryer vent cleaning. The two gentlemen who came to the house were professional and did a great job of ensuring furniture was covered and no dust or debris was left behind. Even the manager/owner was extremely professional, communicative, and had great customer service. Would highly recommend this company.

Their tech, Marvel, tried to con me out of hundreds of dollars and when I told the owner, Hugo, he insisted that me and the tech "had an arrangement" and asked me why I waited so long to report it. Truly unbelievable.

The other tech, Rene, kept taking his mask off, despite my repeated requests to keep it on, due to my unvaccinated children being present. They placed their dirty equipment on my yoga mat, left drywall dust all over the place, skipped registers, and damaged my floors and walls. Some pictures are attached. The patching was a shoddy attempt to hide the damage. I honestly can't imagine a worse experience and am shocked by all these positive reviews as I'm sure some of them were "had," as well.

The business owner who referred me to A Plus (and had been referring people to them for 12 years) told me that he'd contact them directly and try to get it dealt with. When they didn't respond to him, I called and Hugo tried to insinuate I was to blame because I requested service (?!). I was in shock the whole phone conversation honestly. Hugo had no remorse. No apologies, not even for the property damage that they were unquestionably responsible for. I regretted even calling.

Earlier, Edwin, the receptionist, told me that Marvel and Rene no longer worked there and Hugo refused to discuss "employment matters" after fumbling and admitting they do. They seemed to think I was demanding they be fired. I DON'T CARE IF THEY ARE FIRED. I want to know if the company is in on this, because their continued employment is a surefire indication that the company condones this scam, and from what I can tell, they 100% do.

Here's their MO: They quote you a really high amount for a supplemental service ($400) on top of the duct cleaning--and the tech will offer to do it for less ($250). When you can't reach the front office (whom I suspect is in on this), you are stuck with the decision of paying too much or not. Turns out my add-on is typically only $150. The fact that Marvel had the confidence to quote me that $400 price knowing I was about to call the front office says A LOT. The fact that they are still employed says EVEN MORE.

I bought these guys lunch, too, and they had the nerve to sit in my driveway and eat it after conning me out of $250. Luckily, I wrote checks and was able to stop payment, but please, consider yourself warned.

The team that came to clean my ducts were great, they were thorough and addressed all my concerns. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was happy with the service. They helped uncover issues I didn’t know I had even after a previous home inspector. I highly recommend them.

Overall the crew did a good job with air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning.. however after they finished we noticed a sizable hole in the wall that was likely caused by the large machines they had to carry to the 2nd floor. When I brought it up to our point of contact there was no accountability taken and instead they blamed it on other companies that worked in our house. However the damage was noticed after A plus left and not on the days when other companies came and left. The lack of accountability was quite disheartening. I did not ask them to pay for the damage but simply wanted to bring it to their attention. There was also dryer lint left in our flower beds and their response was “that’s biodegradable and will wash away with the rain” 😣

Watched this company clean my neighbors chimney and they do not clean form the roof! What kind of service was this?
Usually hire who they have do any work for them this time will pass.

Best fire place cleaning service ever. The team was extra friendly even to my pets and children who were so excited to seem them. They did the job 100 times better, faster and safer than the previous company we hired. Could not be happier with their service.

Excellent service and professionalism. Ryan preformed a chimney clean and inspection and recommended some work in order to prevent a house fire. Scheduling service was very quick and easy, and Ryan showed up on time to complete the work. Kept my house very clean and performed and excellent job. Highly recommend!
