The tech brought dirty equipment to my house and blew black soot all over my kitchen. They also put something on my vents and now they are multi-colored. I called JV Home Services and asked to speak to the owner. The call back came from the manager at Prime Experts. The manager was supposed to come today and fix my vents. He neither called nor showed.
