I just had a new flue installed for my aging wood stove. Marc and Chris were my installers and they were very pleasant. They were both very informative of what they were doing. They showed me everything that was problematic with the original flue pipe and showed me what they did to change it with the new one. All in all, awesome guys and I would recommend them to anyone.

Red River Chimney has been a pleasure to work with. The entire process has been made very easy for me. My partner and I picked out what free standing, wood burning cook stove we want and showed the team where we’d like to have it placed. This is our first stove and I didn’t have a lot of knowledge at all. They gave great advice on placement and explained all the benefits and also things that need to be considered for down the road. They talked about proper burning, cleaning and futur maintenance.
They gave us a timeframe on when our order would arrive. Everything went smoothly. The two installers were on time and ready to work very efficiently. I was surprised how clean they left our home after install.
Needless to say, I wanted to see our fire in action a few times before writing a good review. After burning our wood stove a few times, I am ready now to give them a 5 star review!

Not only is the ambience at home tremendously improved but we have a great way of heating our home in a much more natural and comfortable way. We love the radiant heat. Our beautiful stove makes me happy every single day!

Recently converted my gas fireplace to a wood burning fireplace. The job initially looked easy, but was so much more difficult. Chris, Mark, and Hayden battled sub freezing temps, 4 inch nails, an out of date and puzzling gas firebox, and a strange chimney build to remove and install a new firebox. Chris and Mark came back for some unplanned masonry work to make it look brand new. These guys were fantastic! They took this on as a challenge and I felt like they were working on their own house. The professionalism and quality were well above what I expected. They will be my go-to chimney and fireplace guys for life. Job well done!

We are very pleased with the wood stove and fireplace installation completed by Red River Chimney and Fireplace. From the first phone call when I asked about their services, Richard and Fred were very responsive, came out to our house to take measurements, and created a proposal with photos and details. The installers, Ryan, Chris, and Mark, did a great job installing a woodstove in our basement and a built in zero clearance wood fireplace in our family room. We are enjoying the wood fires as the cold weather sets in. My only reason for giving four stars instead of five is that they had to navigate some supply chain issues, which caused a few delays in the installation. Despite this minor setback, their communication was excellent throughout the process. Thank you for a job well done.

I had a great experience with this company. Two young men came to do my chimney sweep, and they were right on time, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. They explained everything clearly and worked efficiently. It’s refreshing to see such professionalism and great customer service. Highly recommend!

Mark and Martin did a fine job installing the chimney for my wood stove. They were courteous and professional and kept the work area clean. The company is quick to respond to questions and concerns. I would recommend them.

Chris and Mark were awesome !! They had a really tough demo but were exceptional at keeping it as clean as possible. The install of our wood stove was also great Chris really strives for perfection. The only issue I had was with the office which is not a show stopper, they need to work on their communication with the customer. There was a slight delay as they had to order an adapter and I was not really kept in the loop on that. Still a 5 star team!!! Would recommend them to anyone who needs anything from maintenance to a major install!! Thank You!

Super easy to work with. Highly professional and thorough. The cleaning included a full inspection of our flue and chimney system which revealed some issues we would never have know about. Marc was awesome!

Since we live in a very wooded area, we bought a new wood stove for our home to replace the propane stove and were working to get the stove pipe components we needed to connect our stove pipe to the existing chimney thimble (the hole into the chimney). Well, this was the second local Chimney company I visited in Clarksville, and the best decision we made was to go with Rich and his team.
We ended up needing to get a special insert put into our chimney to bring the new stove up to speed (thanks, EPA). Anyway, Rich sent his team of pros out.
Chris, Marc, and Hayden came out to get us up and running. They were very professional, and knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves before they left. mostly though, I appreciated that when the final parts to be installed on the fireplace, were not very visually appealing to us, they worked with parts they had in their trucks and also utilized some of the ones we had, it now looks great, and we are super excited to have worked with this team of pros I recommend them highly

I highly recommend Red River Chimney. I needed to get an inspection and cleaning done on my fireplace and took a chance on them and was not disappointed! My techs Hayden and Logan were two of the nicest young men I have met in a while and were both very knowledgeable in their jobs. They explained all their findings to me and any concerns I had had the addressed before they left. When it comes time for my next service I will be calling Red River and requesting Hayden and Logan! I highly recommend you do the same!

Red River was amazing to work with. Calling in was super easy, they very accommodating with a last minute appointment before the blizzard, they agreed to come to Pleasant View, and their rate was $150 less than the other quote I received. When Marc and Martin showed up they were friendly, informative, and quick. It made going into the blizzard feel A LOT more comfortable. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Hayden and Logan were outstanding professionals who explained everything as they worked to service and inspect my fireplace. It's working well and looks great! I would recommend these two gentlemen to anyone!!!!
