Here in LA, we don't think much about our heaters until one of those 50-degree nights comes around in December. When we finally changed from AC to Heat, a dusty, musty smell came through the living room and hit my husband's asthma like a freight train. We hadn't used our heaters in months which left our ventilation system filled with allergens.

Cermanski did a deep, air duct cleaning and incredibly nuanced. Every corner of my multi-level home was reached with special brushes. Now the heat runs silent and clean. No one in my family runs for the inhaler.

With the coastal humidity, now being trapped indoors in these chilly winters here in Los Angeles., I started smelling a bit of mildew/musty smell each time we turned on the heat. I was scared it was mold, so I called Cermanski for a professional air duct cleaning.

These guys were so professional, coming in with high-powered vacuums to clean out the whole system, and they even showed me that there was a good amount of wet lint and dust clogs. No wonder it was so smelly! Ever since the air duct cleaning, the air is light and crisp once more, no more musty smell!

They did a thorough cleaning and treated the system completely so the mold would not return. As someone who provides perinatal mental health services, I’m so thankful Cermanski treated my space with such care. It was genuinely distressing to think that the pregnant and postpartum women who came to me for support were breathing compromised air in a space I’m responsible for. My office has clean, verified air now, and I have peace of mind knowing this won't happen again.

We just moved into an older bungalow in Los Angeles, and the vents were looking pretty rough. The Walsh crew arrived and got straight to work on the duct cleaning.
