This is our 3rd time using these guys in 10 years. Timely, efficient, and fair price. They take steps to protect your home while they work and do a great job clean-up after they’re all done! Would recommend Art and the A1 team.

I didn’t know what to expect but it did take quite a while. Christian was thorough and didn’t speed through the job. Cloths were laid down on hardwood and he always took his shoes off in the entry

Edgar and Collin were great, they let me ask questions about each aspect of the process, and the outcome was indeed impressive. I live way outside of their service area, but chose them because they had the equipment and knowledge to deal with both my foam and flexible ducting. If i need this type of service again, I will definitely call the again.

We had our dryer vent cleaned. The tech was friendly, accommodating ( we have 2 dogs), fast, & thorough. Also very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend!

A-1's representative did an excellent job! He worked for 5 hours, and you wouldn't know he had been here because he carefully put everything back together and cleaned up after. I'm sorry I waited so long to have my furnace ducts cleaned. I thought it would be a lot more expensive.

They did a great job! They came and gave me an estimate when I needed one. They got me scheduled for a time that worked for me and were right on time. I also think their rates for services were very fair!

Brian was prompt his arrival. Friendly and efficient he got my dryer vent cleaned for another year. He has before and after pic which I think is amazing. He puts my mind at ease on a couple of things I can do to make my dryer more efficient. My vent wasn’t installed user friendly years ago, but Brian has made a couple adjustments that will keep it working safely. A-1 is always at the top of my winterizing to do list!✔️😊

Is there a rating that’s worth more than five stars? Because they definitely deserve that! We had our ducts cleaned from A1 two summers ago. Ever since the cleaning, we noticed that our filters were getting dirty rather quickly, so we contacted them again. They definitely standby their work, because they sent someone out within a couple days to do a complementary cleaning of the ducts again. Fabulous customer service, good pricing. Edgar (I believe) just left and was greeted help trying to problem solve the issue we were having.

Brian was very professional. He let me explain the issue I was having with my dryer and offered some things he was going to check. He did an excellent job and cleaned up after himself. He was so polite and friendly and showed me pictures of before and after. I was so impressed with everything he did and my dryer works perfect now!! I highly recommend this company!!

We were very pleased with A1 preferred service of all our furnaces(2, duct work, and vent covers The service man arrived at the designated time and gave us a full explanation of what he would do and how it would be done. He was very respectful of our home and totally cleaned up after the job was completed.

Todd was great to work with. I have been suffering from allergies and he gave many suggestions of products to help clean the air in our house after. We have dogs and boy do they shed and he got everything cleaned out and we were shocked the amount of dog hair in our ducts. Super nice guy!
