Edgar and Brian were exceptional in cleaning, repairing, and tuck pointing our chimney/fireplace in our 1914 home.

Edgar and his teammate came out to clean our drier vent and replace the outdoor vent. They found the current ventilation piping was not up to code and creating a fire hazard. Replaced the entire ventilation same day were completely respectful and great representation of their company!

Brian thoroughly cleaned all of the ducts in my home and did a fine job! He photographed the inside if these air ducts both before and after the cleaning. He then shared with me the photos and explained everything that was done. I am very pleased with the job he did! I highly recommend Brian and A-1 Preferred!

The service was really good. They cleaned my chimneys like I wanted and they inspected the fireplace and the chimney which was more than I was expecting. Price is a bit spendy for my liking but you definitely get what you pay for.

Technician was thorough and polite. Picked up everything and left things as he originally found them. Brian made a point to let us know additional services that are offered and to show before and after pictures. Offered to set us up on a three year plan which I accepted so we will obviously be using A1 again and will recommend A1 and Brian to friends and family
