I had my air ducts cleaned by TLC a couple months ago and it was a great experience. Very respectful of my home and dogs. Great price and quality work. I definitely will use them again when the time comes. Loved the sanitizer left my house smelling so fresh and clean. Thank you guys!

TLC did an excellent job of cleaning our duct system. They are very personable, explain the process in detail, showed us before and after photos and videos, and cleaned everything up as if they were not even here.

We were impressed by Tom and his wife's expertise, information and price. It was our first thorough cleaning of the air system since construction three years ago, and the need he documented by before and after videos of some of our ducts and vents. Clearly this will improve our breathing and give us peace of mind regarding the HVAC system. They also cleaned the laundry duct which was truly needed. The dryer now dries noticeably better.

Tom and Lorie, of TLC Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning are wonderful people who do as they say they will do. Tom described what they would do a few days ago over the phone, and they did exactly that! I watched them in amazement as they cleaned our carpets this morning - hitting all areas including all the corners and edges, cleaning up as they went, working like a championship team, synchronized and happy! The price was right, and my carpet looks amazing!!!

Tom and Lorie are careful, thorough, and very professional. They will answer any questions and clearly explain how they clean your air ducts and show you before and after pictures. The carpet cleaning was quick left the house smelling very pleasant. I highly recommend TLC for anyone looking for excellent service.

Tom and his wife cleaned my home duct and vent system today. I would highly recommend them to anyone for the services they provide. They were prompt, courteous, honest and very nice people to work with. Tom gave us a quote based on the information I gave him when I called for an appointment. They did a terrific job and didn't leave a speck of dirt or dust behind. I will use them for other services when I need them.

TLC arrived on time and cleaned our ducts, vents and carpets. As a homeowner I like to know what is being done and Tom was very responsive to any questions and very willing to show me exactly what they were doing, including before and after pictures and video. Our home construction has some unique challenges which posed no problem to their duct cleaning. After the ducts were completed they did a great job cleaning our carpets. Fast & Efficient! Tom and team did a great job on my carpets and duct cleaning for our rental property that had been smoked in. The process essentially eliminated the smoke smell, and it hasn’t come back. My wife thought we were going to need to replace carpets due to stains but TLC was able to get the stains removed.
Tom was always exactly on time and sent remained texts; communication was great.
Tom definitely has a passion for the work and it shows. I won’t hesitate to use them again.

TLC was amazing!!! My vents and furnace were immaculately clean when they left!. They are extremely professional and courteous. I am very pleased with the clean smell of my house now and knowing how clean the air flow is!

Great husband and wife team!! Tom and Laurie were friendly and totally efficient. They were on time (sent reminders) and got right down to it!! Explained the process and were quick to leave me with a couple of easy follow-up "tasks" like let the fan run for a couple of hours and change the filter when that is complete. Most of the reminders as they left were focused on "any problems....please do not hesitate to call. We are local and will respond ASAP." This was said with total sincerity. A total refreshing business experience. I happily recommend TLC for the cleaning of your duct work.

TLC Carpet Cleaning did an amazing job! We had a rental property where the carpet needed some serious cleaning, they came in & in just a few hours it was completly cleaned & looked great. We will definitely be using them again.

Tom and his crew were very prompt this morning showing up to clean my mother's carpet. They did an awesome job, and it was done very efficiently!! We were very pleased with the work that was done, and the carpet turned out beautifully!!

After researching several air duct cleaning services, we chose TLC because 1) They responded to our online request the very next day. 2) They took the time to understand what we were looking for. 3) They thoroughly explained their system of cleaning. 4) They are a locally owned, family business with a personal reputation to uphold.
On the day of service, we received a text message that the crew would arrive at the promised time. We had a preliminary walk through and were invited to ask questions and even watch the cleaning process if we liked. Our home was prepped to protect wall corners and carpet from equipment rubs. On the spot before and after photos, as well as personal customer inspection, revealed how well the goals were achieved. AND a final walk through to assure our satisfaction. No up-selling. Just an honest job well done. We couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience!

Just had my white couch and 2 chairs cleaned and they did a great job. Love both Tom and his wife; they are thorough, conscientious, very friendly, arrived on time and worked hard to get all of the pieces looking brand new. Will definitely use them annually for the furniture and their other services.

Five stars for professionalism. Five stars for arriving early. Five stars for being quick, thorough and charging a fair price. I'm so much happier with this "mom and pop" than I was with the mega conglomerate corporations. I know if I have any concerns, they will come over personally and take care of it. Plus my dog really liked Tom and Lori both, so that's always five stars!
