Garett was very helpful and was able to give us piece of mind for our fireplace. Very helpful and answered all of our questions we had. We will definitely be using his services in the future for our cleanings. Highly recommend his services if you need any chimney work.

Garett was quick to respond and knowledgeable. He was quickly able to explain that we would be unable covert back to wood as hoped, but gave alternative suggestions and people to call. (He also gave some love to the pup, which is always a plus!)

I received a quick response for scheduling and they were helpful in explaining how to properly use and care for the fireplace which was so helpful as as a first time homeowner and fireplace user. A small repair was needed to be made and rather than try and convince me to have them repair it, they walked me through how I could save money and complete the repair myself. Definitely a trustworthy and quality company! I will definitely be using them for future services.

Really great guys! Honest, trustworthy, and nice guys! We bought a new home recently and per inspector he recommended we have the chimney inspected. They were quick and honest and said the unit was in good shape and didn’t need any service. They could told me I needed a big expensive service and I would of probably believed them, but they were friendly and honest and didn’t try and sell stuff we didn’t need. I definitely recommend Garett’s chimney and dryer vent service!

Garett communicated great before appointment. He was on time , knowledgeable on my wood burning stove , gave me recommendations on service and how to work stove. We would highly recommend his company .

Garett was great! He is super knowledgable about all things fireplace. We bought an older home with a factory model fireplace installed - Garett gave us the whole run down on how to maintain and even update a few features. We are DIYers and try to do everything ourselves and really appreciated how he took his time to explain everything thoroughly and answer all our questions.

This was the first time that I used Garett’s services. He repaired the back and floor panels in my fireplace, as well as replaced my screen and thoroughly cleaned and inspected the unit. He does excellent work and is very knowledgeable about the workings of a fireplace. He gave me solid and practical advice on how to care for my fireplace, and was very friendly, professional, timely, and reasonably priced. Honest, hard work was done, and I am very pleased with the results. I will be using his services moving forward. A+, highly recommended.

Garett's Chimney Cleaning came by our unit to install a new fireplace screen. Great communication and showed up on time. Very knowledgeable and took his time to make sure the installation was done properly. Would recommend to anyone in the Fort Collins area looking for a chimney service.

We called Garett’s Chimney to inspect and clean our fireplace (it hadn’t been used in a couple of years and we wanted to make sure all was well.) The office responded quickly to my email and set up an appointment for just a few days later. Garett came early to the appointment and after his inspection told us our fireplace was clean and didn’t need work! While here he took the time to clearly answer all our questions about our decades old fireplace. We very much appreciated Garett’s friendly, professional manner and will definitely call him for all our future fireplace needs.

We bought a house in Boulder Heights with a wood burning stove inserted into a fireplace. We only burn several fires a year for fun but it is seasoned pine so we thought we should get it cleaned after several years of light use. Garett came out right on time and after inspecting it said we didn't need a cleaning and also gave us some knowledge about our setup without charging us. We appreciate the honesty and will definitely be using his company when the time to clean does come.

Used Garett's service and was everything I wanted the service to be! Friendly? Yes! Quick Response? Yes Quick scheduling? Yes! The onsite technician was great at explaining everything from the cleaning process, state of the chimney, proper use and care of the fireplace, and was a fun guy to chat with. I came away impressed with the service, start to finish. Ill be back in a year or two at most to have them on site to clean and inspect my chimney again!

Has Garrett fix the lighter on our pellet stove and clean our Chimney. Lighter lasted two weeks. I made several phone calls requesting him to fix it and his reply was” I’ll see if I can carve out some time to come up”. We are in the mountains, apparently couldn’t carve out any time. We had another crew come up and they stated they couldn’t figure out what he did to fix it. They did and it works great. They also cleaned out the chimney and stated it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in 4 years. Sad because Garrett charged us a fortune. Not recommended.

What a guy! I had a great experience with Garett after a plant leaked water into my pellet stove causing a severe auger jam. Every place in town was booked out 2+ months but Garrett came highly recommended by local businesses. He was able to fit us into his schedule within 1 business day, was in and out in about 45 minutes, and the damage was under $100. I'm extremely pleased with the level of professionalism and service, would absolutely refer a friend.

We booked a sweep for our new home, Garett came out and said “you don’t need this” and didn’t charge us a dime. Will 100% call Garett in the future, you should too!

Garett is by far the best, most professional chimney expert available. Contact was easy, he was early and got right to work, and gave me a very no-nonsense, thorough and detailed assessment of my chimney issues. Not only is he a total pro with years of experience, he's honest. So absolutely call Garett before you get suckered into losing tens of thousands of dollars by listening to anyone else. There aren't enough stars for this man.
