I am very pleased with my experience. I chose them because I prioritize businesses in Northern Colorado. They are kind and thorough. They did a fantastic job cleaning my vents and taught me a little bit about my home and furnace. While I was on the phone setting up my appointment pricing per inlet and outlet was explained so I could calculate for myself the exact cost (they did the math, but I could also figure it out). They were prompt and took great care of my home. I will use them again in the future and refer friends and family.

TLC did a great job cleaning our air ducts. They are a husband wife team and are great people! They were very professional and were quick to schedule an appointment. They were very careful to protect our wood floors and carpets. They were fast and even took before and after pictures of our air vents. It was amazing the difference. I would highly recommend TLC and look forward to doing business with them in the future. They also clean carpets!

Dryer vent cleaned. They were very friendly and did a great job. Small Mom and Pop business that has been around for 30 years. They used a camera so I could see how filled the 30 ft vent was with lint before they started and then how clean it was when they were done.

Very pleased with TLC, had our HVAC and vent ducts cleaned. Tom and Lori are absolutely great at what they do, very friendly and personable. Explained thoroughly what they were going to do before starting and continued explaining throughout the whole process. They did a great job! Will highly recommend TLC to friends and family.

Tom and Lori with TLC went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and understood every bit of their process of cleaning our air ducts, carpet and dryer vent. They took before and after pictures/videos to show us what they did and it was truly amazing to see what they were able to pull out of our ducts. They also put plenty of TLC into our carpet and walked us through processes that we didn't even know existed. They are very knowledgeable and some of the nicest people we've ever met and we would 100% recommend them over and over again! Thank you both so much for your expertise and kindness, it goes along way!

After hearing recommendations from several people in my neighborhood, I had Garett come out to inspect and potentially clean my 2 chimneys. Garett asked about my usage and did an inspection, and came to the conclusion that a cleaning was not necessary until after this winter. We rescheduled to next summer. I appreciated his punctuality, honesty, flexibility, and customer service. Definitely, I recommend Garett and will continue using their service!

Had Garett and his associate, Frank, out today and they repaired my fireplace so all ready for winter. They also went several steps beyond and fancied a grate I was missing out of the materials at hand!! Random act of kindness means so much these days!! HIGHLY recommended!!!

We have been using Garrett since 2018 and are so happy we found him. He first came out to inspect/clean our pellet stove and fireplace when we bought our house and now comes back to clean our pellet stove when it is needed. He is super knowledgeable on pellet stoves and has given us a lot of helpful tips on owning a pellet stove. Highly recommend and we are glad we found him!

Garett is awesome. He was able to fix my 30 year old pellet stove and wouldn't let it defeat him despite it having several issues. He finally got it fixed and saved us a ton of money over having to buy a new one. Garett is professional, detail oriented, and a cool guy. I highly, highly recommend him.

I just recently purchased a home that came with a wood burning fireplace, so never having one I called Garett for a cleaning before we used it. He came out for the cleaning but ended up noticing I could have some clearance issues. Long story short I was able to correct the issues and had Garett come back out. He was starting the process of cleaning and noticed it was like new so no cleaning was needed. He didn't charge me for either call even though I mentioned I'd pay him. I really appreciate his integrity as it's very hard to find these days. All he asked is that I call him in the future and to leave a review. Garett - you have my future business and I'll be promoting you with my friends and colleague's.

Garett was great! He was on time, honest, and very knowledgeable. We actually had Garett come out to clean our chimney and I told him that we were going to remove the stove. I truly appreciated his honesty in saying that it wasn’t necessary to clean it since the new owners weren’t going to use the flue. He didn’t charge me for his visit and offered some good advice on how to deinstalled the stove. I will definitely have Garett clean our chimney in the future!

Unfortunately had one of their trucks cut me off within 4 feet of me while on a bicycle. Definitely a scary moment when a 5,000 pound van aggressivley jumps in front of 135lb me. Extremely disappointed in the morals of that driver, going northwest on riverside right next to a sign that says "BIKERS MAY USE FULL LANE" sincerely hope that something is done to rectify this behavior especially in a branded company vehicle. Not a good look.

I have used Garett a couple of times and each time he was courteous, friendly and professional. He keeps his work area clean and will tell all you want to know about fireplaces and what you can do to keep them up and running. I highly recommend him!

Garett is professional, friendly and thorough. He drove 84 miles to work on chimneys in the Gould, CO community. Our chimney is not safe and he took the time to take pictures, send them to us and explain the condition it is n that makes it unsafe. Garett did not charge us because he could not ‘clean’ the chimney. We appreciate his integrity and honesty and commitment to keeping our home safe and would highly recommend him.

We had Garett up for the first time to clean our fireplace. We have a unit that was just installed a few years ago and we don’t run it a lot.
Garett was very friendly and honest, said it didn’t need cleaning. How often does that happen? He didn’t charge anything for his time.
He gave tips and recommendations, was very knowledgeable about the unit and use.
We will definitely have Garett come back next year when we do need a cleaning!
