Lint Out was wonderful. They were on top of things with scheduling, confirming, and calling when they were on their way. They arrived right on time!

Dylan was our technician and he was professional and fixed our problem. The vent hose had been crimped behind the dryer. He shortened it and pulled the dryer out a bit. I think the dryer was pushed back during a remodel. He vacuumed inside and went on our roof to make sure that the dryer vent had good warm air flow.
He did a great job!

Oscar just came out and did our dryer vent cleaning. He was very efficient and thorough! He explained how the original dryer hose wasn't properly installed and lint were leaking out. He fixed it for us! It was our first time using Lint Out and I'm very pleased with their service! They also sent a phone call out prior to arrival which was a plus because I almost forgot about it!

This company is very professional in unclogging ventilation ducts. I searched for the company through Google Maps. After I contacted them, their staff arrived on time and provided excellent service. Now my dryer is drying very well and the drying time has been greatly reduced. This is a very good company and I highly recommend it. 👍😄

On our upstairs and downstairs condos both dryer vents had been detached from the roof since Hurricane Ian (over 2 years!). Chad came and replaced vent hoses and re-attached to roof expertly and securely. Chad is extremely knowledgeable and a great guy for the job! We appreciate him, thank you!

We ran into a problem when the crew came to do my interior cleaning yesterday. We have a stackable FULL SIZE washer and dryer. These barely fit into the allotted space. During the cleaning process, the crew inadvertently pulled the power cord out of the washer, leaving the washing machine inoperable.

Your field managers Cody and Logan went above and beyond by coming to my house after hours and took steps to effect repairs. I just wanted to ensure that they were recognized for their extra efforts on behalf of Lintout.

I would also like to suggest that future interior dryer vent cleanings at any condominium units be limited to "apartment sized" washers and dryers to prevent this from happening in the future and wasting your crew's time.
