Tech Oscar was great. Called on the way and showed up on time. Was very thorough and did a great job.

We recently renovated our condominium creating lots of dust and debris so we wanted to have the ducts and dryer vents cleaned. Lintout was responsive and so we contracted with them. Upon arrival to the condominium several weeks after the job was done we discovered the utility closet where the HVAC unit is located was covered with an incredible amounyt of dust and debris. All of this dust and debris was getting sucked into the HVAC unit and getting spread all over the condo. I dont know how a duct cleaning contractor could consider the job done knowing all this dust and debris would be sucked into the HVAC system to be spewed about the condo. I have not heard back from Lintout. I hope I will so I can get an explanation. UPDATE 11/17/22. Cody reached out to me eagerly trying to rectify what he acknowledged to be an issue with their service. Cleaning the utility closet is not a typical service but Cody acknowledged that the tech on the job should have alerted me to the condition of the utility closet in order to either hold off on the duct cleaning or perhaps have the tech clean out the closet as an additional service. I was offered a small refund of the total. So I am pleased at Lintouts sincere intrest in my complaint, ackowledment of the issue and refund.

I opted to have my dryer vents cleaned out due to receiving a community based rate that I felt was extremely reasonable. I have only been in my place for 6 months but suspected that it had been quite a bit longer than that since the vents had been cleaned. James arrived to my house as expected and was extremely thorough and professional. As suspected, my vents were pretty clogged and he did an amazing job of educating me throughout the whole process. I am so happy that I opted to have them come out. I will definitely use this company again for any routine maintenance needed on my unit. Thank you so much James!! Keak came the same day I called as I had just moved into the house and didn’t expect to need them so soon but couldn’t get my new dryer installed without them. He was so professional and was working in an extremely small space . I would definitely use their company again because of his service . Excellent job !

We reached out to Lint out because we were having some issues and They immediately sent Yoandy, he was very efficient, he did a great job at cleaning our dryer which we thought it was broken, and it worked perfectly afterwards, but he also took time and explained the process. I was surprised to see a company with all 5 star reviews, but now I know why. Cody was awesome. Prompt, professional and persistent in cleaning my very long (60 foot) duct. My dryer works like a dream now!

Called this a.m for a cleaning told me someone would be there between 3 and 6...Chad showed up at 3:15 and is a strait up machine...smart, 100% knows what he's doing and fast ....couldn't be more satisfied...who ever owns this company has a great guy named Chad working there....ask for him.

Just had Lint Out clean my A/C ducts and was very satisfied. They arrived when promised (big plus these days!) and Jorge and Boris were professional, thorough and friendly. They explained what they were going to do and how long it would take. They were finished on time, removed the tarps that covered all exposed areas, and even cleaned out the A/C handler. I'll be using them to clean the inside of my dryer vents when they come back to my community in September. Thank you!!

I appreciate Lint Out calling me each year to service my dryer vent cleaning. Cameron the tech was very polite and took care of everything, very tidy job.

Logan & Boris showed up on time this morning to help with my dryer vent issues. They were polite, professional & courteous. Highly recommend this company for any repairs you need on your dryer vent. Arianna helped me set up my appointment & explained the pricing in detail. Even the person that called me yesterday morning to confirm my appointment was very nice. So nice to find a great company with awesome employees all around!

Stay far away from this business! They don’t honor simple requests (such as to call before they arrive); and then blame the customer for not showing up. Horrible flexibility and even worse customer service.

Our condo complex had Lint Out this week and once again very pleased with their service. The techs Teak and Tico did an awesome job! They were punctual, efficient, polite and fixed issues that arose. Good reliable help is hard to find and Lint Out has never disappointed. We have used them many times. I appreciate this company and highly recommend. The above service was 8-26-2025. Today (9-16-2025) CJ (tech) came again and installed a flapper for my dryer vent. He was super nice, knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you again for a job well done. Can't forget Liz, she was quite helpful also.

All-around great experience. Sheduling was a breeze. Yoandy and his co-worker did a great job cleaning the dryer vent, all while training a new worker. Very professional, friendly and efficient!

Logan and Caleb showed up at our home and cleaned all the vents and the dryer vent. Very nice young men and very professional. They took the time to explain everything they were going to do. I would definitely recommend Lint Out service.
