This company is a total rip off. Do not use. I was quoted over the phone $79 per dryer vent to clean. When the technician came, he got on the roof and said one of the vents was not venting. Said it was probably venting in the attic. He went up there and came down with a picture of a vent pipe that had a gap in it at the ceiling roof line. He told me it would be $1,200 to repair of $2,800 to replace. I told him just to clean out the vents and I would have my hvac company look at it. Then the price for the vent cleaning increased to $299 in total to clean both vents. He told me the $79 price was only to clean from the dryer to the vent pipe in the wall. Cleaning out the vent pipe was extra. While he was doing it I decided to look in the attic myself. There was no dryer lint in the attic and the photo he showed me was not the pipes for my dryer vents. I called the company to complain while he was here and they were not helpful. They would not provide me with an invoice until I paid the technician. They told me they would email me an invoice; I still have not received it. By the way the technician’s name was Mike. He also left a pile of dryer vent dust behind my dryer. Didn’t even bother to vacuum it up. Please don’t make my mistake and use this company! In fact, this company does not seem to be listed on the Better Business Bureau for Bonita Springs. I tried to file a complaint and the business could not be found.
