DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My wife was told $79 dollars to clean the dryer vent and they asked if the exit vent was on the roof or on the wall, she told them it was on the roof. The tech arrived when I wasn't home, but when I got home my wife was in a panic stating that there was a clog in the roof vent and it would cost an additional $170 dollars and we need to have a fan installed for proper air flow at an additional cost. The tech looked very nervous now that I was there.   He showed me pictures of the roof vent, so I asked, "if you were up there, why didn't you pull the lint out?" I gave him the $79 dollars, told him to clean up as I would address the roof vent. After he left, the laundry room was a mess with lint. There was an additional pile behind the dryer and the vent line was not connected. I called Bonita Springs Air Duct & Dryer Vents Cleaning to complain about the bait and switch and the mess.  I was told the manager would call me back, he never did! I should not have given him a cent and told him to get off my property. I called another company that was not surprised when I told them this story about Bonita Springs Air Duct & Dryer Vents Cleaning. They cleaned my dryer vent (and it was still dirty) as well as the roof vent for $100 dollars.

Never responded to my recent email service request. Several years ago we had them come to our house to get an estimate for a new gas fireplace and they never followed up. Should have known better then to give them a second chance I guess.

First, very grateful they serviced my area, Lyons, I was having a hard time finding someone. They were quick and clean. I did have to remind them they were supposed to check and repair a leak and feel for the quick service, 30 min. tops it was a little pricey. Like I said I couldn't find someone that would come out so I can't complain or give a bad review.
