We’ve switched to CE last year for all 6 of our locations for our hood cleaning and haven’t looked back. Quick, efficient, and knowledgeable! The bonus is the Repairs. Every time we’ve had an issue they have had a solution, and we aren’t talking weeks of waiting for parts we are talking hours. We had a fan completely seize up at one of our locations and we were up and running before open the next day. Previously with others and through manufacturers we were told it would be “hopefully next week”. Being able to minimize closure time saved us a ton of money. After noticing a burning smell from my dryer, I called for help and found out it was a clogged dryer vent. The technician showed me the massive lint clump that caused it! He cleaned it completely and tested everything before leaving. Such a lifesaver — and he was super polite, too!

My clothes also dry faster and the kitchen smells fresher since a dryer vent had been compared. Maintenance technicians were approachable, effective, and provided helpful maintenance advice. It has made us very pleased and hope it will go on.

I scheduled residential air duct cleaning service to improve indoor air quality. I wasn’t sure if it was necessary, yet the technician inspected, cleaned, and explained the maintenance steps. The difference in airflow and freshness is noticeable.
