Ninfa set up my appointment. She is always so professionally pleasant & efficient. Chris arrived within the scheduled time, introduced himself and proceeded to investigate my systems primary problem which he solved in less than 5 minutes. He also asked if he could perform the fall maintenance since he was at my house. I said yes. I went with him so I could observe and ask questions - which he answered professionally. I really appreciated his time in answering my questions. He is just another confirmation to me that I choose the right HVAC company, Service Plus, to install my system.

Service Plus helped me couple of days ago with my furnace. We had one of the worst weather in decades this week and unfortunately I was having problems with my furnace at 3:00 AM. I called multiple companies however Service Plus (Owner - Cesar) was the only one willing to come at 6 AM in that weather. His wife who was the after-hours scheduler that morning was very friendly and understood the situation I was in. She promised that she will call be back soon and did call me back within few minutes with the time someone could be at my door.

I found Cesar to be very professional and customer satisfaction oriented. I found his rates to be competitive. I am definitely going to use their services in the future and shall recommend them to my friends and family.

Chris Apantenco really good. Took care water leak and regular maintenance. He is very prompt and and got my air conditioner working with in 5 hour. Lot of work get done in professional manner. I highly recommend service plus for home cooling and heating needs. Thank you

Eduardo came out to diagnosis my 15 year old AC system. He clearly explained what it would take to fix and I decided to go with a new system. I then met Jim, who clearly explained my options for a new system. Then PJ and Cesar did the install, while doing so they explained details about the new system and worked real hard to get it installed so I could have the AC in the afternoon. Overall it was a great experience and everyone that assisted me was professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I live in Naperville. I just had a brand new AC system installed by Service Plus. I am definitely giving Service Plus a fiver star for this whole project. The estimate was done very professionally and covered all the specifics and details of what exactly will be done. As this involved modifying some of the existing duct work, etc. And the price quoted was very reasonable (the best price among three 5-star contractors). The install was scheduled as soon as I accepted the proposal and the install schedule was within a couple of days. On the day of the install, the two technicians, Ramses and Eddie, did an excellent job on the whole install. All details were covered and everything was done very professionally and to the best interest of the customer. Once the install was completed, John, who did the estimate for me, also stopped by and did a walk through of the whole project to make sure all expectations are met and everything was delivered as promised. I am very happy with this project.

This company has been excellent from the start. From booking my appointment, to getting my HVAC serviced. Eduardo, was thorough and gave us full details as to what the issues were. I am very pleased with his work and level of service.

I wish I could give it he entire team a 10+ rating! Everyone from the first phone has been amazing. They came right out to assess my problem, found the issue and shown me my options. Came back the next morning and installed a new furnace. There was also an issue with my central air unit and instead of putting any money into my 20 year old unit, I opted for a new one. Sure enough, they were back out the very next morning to install it. David was also just super. No one pressured me at all, they were not here as just a salesman, they truly care for their customers. I can honestly say Service Plus is now my heating and air go to. Cesar, you have an AMAZING staff!!!!! Thank you for everything you have done for me.

Daniel R did a great job. I woke up to no heat on a frigid morning, and this company was able to come out quickly. Within one hour I had heat again. The tech Daniel was very nice, very professional and explained everything he was doing. I would use this services again without hesitation. I also asked about pricing for a new furnace, and was not given some awful sales pitch or pressure. I have had that unfortunate experience in the past, but not with this company. Very good experience.

I had them install a humidifier onto my furnace. From the start service was amazing. My appointment was scheduled in a timely manner and the tech (Daniel) was on time. Before he got started he walked me through the process, showed me where he would be mounting the unit and gave me an approximation on how long it would take him to complete the job. Once he was finished, he took his time with me to walk me through the function of the device and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend this company!

Alek was pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained everything and showed the broken parts to me. He answered all my questions and explain my repair options. He made sure that my AC was working properly before he left. We discussed cleaning the unit and he arranged for the office to call to set that up. Overall I’m really happy with the service Alek provided.

About 7 months ago I installed a Nest Thermostat which replaced my ancient one. At the time it was set up for heat only; which was fine because who’s thinking about AC when it’s 20 degrees?! Well, before you know it, Mother Nature threw a curve ball last week and I thought we were gonna melt! 🥵 I called Service Plus after doing much research and was greeted by a very pleasant voice who got me scheduled that week; which was hectic! My Technician was Chris A. He was absolutely Wonderful! He has such a genuinely nice and friendly personality! On top of that, he was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to not only explain what needed to done, but showed me as well! He went above and beyond to make sure our cooling issues were fully addressed. I am not easy to please and big on superior customer service, so take it from me when I say: ‘This is the ONLY company to call for your HVAC needs!’ THANK YOU Chris!

Eduardo quickly diagnosed the problem with our furnace. He clearly explained what happened and how it could be prevented from reoccurring. Also clearly presented options for maintenance contract and to consider other new features for a better HVAC configuration. I ended up getting a new air filter product and am looking forward to having it installed. I highly recommend Eduardo. Very nice, polite, respectful and professional.

There are so many companies that solely want to make a buck and don’t care about their customers and their quality of work and service sucks! Not Service Plus! The winter of 2021, I replaced my old thermostat with a Nest. I had a handyman install it. The heating was okay, but the cooling portion needed special wiring. Since the wiring has to be connected to the furnace I didn’t trust him to complete it. Well, summer of 2022 rolls around and as usual, I forgot to get it taken care of. On one of the hottest weeks, I searched Google, called about three companies; none of whom knew how to perform the work or they tried to get me to purchase their products. I called Service Plus who had/has excellent reviews and they scheduled an appointment for the next day. Chris A. did an excellent job.

Fast forwarding to December 2022, my furnace; which is old) was short cycling. Chris did such a great job, it was a no brainer who I called. Chris came out, found the problems. We went over pricing to repair the issues. He suggested a new system because I was taking a risk that it may stop working properly at the most inconvenient time. Until I decided what to do, he got it fixed.
Well, Chris was right. Last month on another frigid day, it started acting up again. Eduardo C.; who’s great as well, came out to look at it. Jim also showed up. He went over the different packages. He wasn’t pushy and answered all of my questions. I knew it was time to replace my old furnace. Jim set everything up from beginning to end.

I had my vents properly cleaned by Eduardo and another nice gentleman, whose name I forgot. Installation of our new furnace was scheduled for the next day. Chris and crew didn’t mess around. They were awesome!
P.J. and Dennis were outstanding! They handled the new air conditioning unit installation and also performed some major electrical work. These guys really have their trade down to a science. It blew my mind to see how hard all the guys worked…working non-stop with no lunch to make sure everything was perfect. I’m also amazed at how truly good they all are.

It’s been a week and I am so happy with my new furnace. It runs so much quieter. Most importantly, I am using so much less energy. My Nest App lets me see it in real time. My old furnace ran for 21 hours on cold days. The new one 7 hours! Wow! Thinking about how much money was wasted because my old furnace was working triple time to keep up, has me looking into what else in our home needs replacing!

Excellent experience! Eduardo came to my house to do preventative maintenance on my furnace. He was very respectful and knowledgeable. He even put shoe covers over his boots to make sure he didn't bring any dirt into my house. He did a very thorough cleaning of my furnace. This was a great experience! I will absolutely use service plus for all of my future HVAC needs! It is great to have someone I can trust to call for my HVAC needs.

I was very impress with all aspects of this business. The call center is very responsive, and Eduardo Covarrubias did an excellent job both servicing the heating system as well as diagnosing a problem.Eduard was very accurate with his explanation and just a good person to talk with. Last, Jim, the installation designer, took the time to FaceTime me for a discussion on a garage heating system. In all, I was very satisfied with my service.

Eduardo was fantastic. They noticed things another company missed and the price for all the work was explained. Even saved me money because one repair actually wasn’t needed. I felt comfortable with them in my home and they cleaned up after the work was done. I’m calling them for all my repairs. Thank you!

I don't seem to be able to add a review, but meant to add one for the AC install crew. Paul, Chris, Eduardo, and Armando assisted with the vent cleaning and AC install last month and helped us survive some really hot days. Excellent team :)

The entire staff is knowledgeable and friendly and prompt Service tech Eduardo is the best. Had new A/C and heating installed. Armando and assistant were polite, prompt ,very knowledgeable and neat. Have used their services before and will continue to do so. I highly recommend this company.

Eduardo C came to install a surge protector that I won in a drawing. He was very professional. He recommended an air purifier that is installed in the furnace and a better filter to improve the indoor air quality.
