Please rethink using this company! I had a tech out this morning, and I would rate it the most terrible service call ever. The tech arrived, and asked where the furnace is. I walked him to the laundry room & he just stood and looked at the heating/cooling set up, and literally nothing else. I have seen an AC diagnostic done before, they check/look the at the temp coming out of the vents, the air filter, the thermostat settings, this guy did none of that. He went out back, I did not see him connect anything to the AC unit for testing and essentially left. I asked him why the house isn't cooling down & he shrugged his shoulders and said he didn't know. He said "mechanically everything is working." If the vents do not have cold air blowing out of them, there is a problem. Then for a lack of having a answer, he tried to say the AC unit isn't large enough. Well it worked perfect the first 2 years I moved in. My neighbor (Duplex) has the same exact unit and it works perfectly! This was a complete waste of my time, and so frustrating.

Our furnace wasn’t working and Cool Operator was dispatched to us by our warranty company. They provided updates on the tech’s arrival. Also, Chris who was sent, did a very thorough job diagnosing the issue, educating us on the solution and making sure it was resolved before completing the job.

This is an amazing company with great staff and repairmen. Every time we use them they always fix the issue, never try to upsell things we don’t need, and give us fair pricing. Their customer service is unmatched, at all hours day or night, and they are very responsive! I recommend this company for any hvac issues or routine maintenance, they are awesome!

Home Warranty of America allocated this company. I paid $100 calk out fee, They could not fix the issue, could not be contacted easily, and did not want to complete the service. They will claim they can’t get parts. Buyer beware - ask your warranty company for a different contractor. They are not accredited. I was without heat for two weeks and they had no intention of resolving my issue. I called another company eventually and they got the parts and fixed my issue in 4 days. Do not recommend.

These folks are the best! Kathy gets everyone scheduled quickly and the service is second to none. Chris is our go-to technician. We're in Del Webb and Chris takes good care of all of us! They diagnose and recommend. Nothing more. You'll pay for what you need and nothing more. Can't say enough about this business. We have complete confidence in them, and that's saying a lot!

Cool Operator Heating and Cooling i dependable, honest and economical. They make it super easy to be sure that your furnace and AC units are always in tip-top shape. We've been members of their maintenance program for years and depend on their free bi-annual maintenance reminders and the service that they have provided to us. Chris is the tech that has come to our home twice a year (seasonally) to service our furnace and AC units and is full of good knowledge and he has been consistently honest with us. This company gets an A+ rating from our home.

Cool Operator never fails to deliver. We've used their services a handful of times now, and each time their technician was timely, friendly, and knowledgeable. On top of that, their pricing is very reasonable, so I don't foresee us ever switching companies in the event we need future repairs or maintenance.

Excellent service. They were assigned by AHS. They promptly called me and were out at my house within 2 hours. Diagnosed and ordered parts for the furnace. Installed parts the same day they arrived. The technician, Chris, did an excellent job! Thank you!

Can say enough about the positivity of the service I received from Kathy, Todd, Scott and Chris. They communicated throughout, were quick with my AC instillation, and so super friendly. I highly recommend their service!

Chris was very helpful, informative, thorough, and provided a great service and tips for the future. My furnace was repaired on a -11 degree day. I was not price gouged and got a great service. The company communicates and dispatches well too.

I called early in the morning on the hottest day this year because our AC wasn't working. I received a call back that morning and had a tech (Chris) at my door 1.5hrs after that. He explained everything he needed to do and the expected costs in an easy to understand way. He was polite and professional. I very much appreciate how quickly the responded and had my AC up and running. 10/10 would recommend

Cool operators very very helpful through the whole experience. The home warranty company was having issues and cool operators were active in trying to get my claim through and furnace installed. They cared about my situation and went above and beyond what you can expect from a lot of companies these days. I highly recommend them to anyone.

This family owned business cares about families. Kathy, Todd, Chris and Scott were excellent in making sure my family’s needs were met. We had a gas leak during winter and our furnace needed to be replaced. Kathy walked us through the home warranty options. She also expedited the replacement. We had multiple stressful situations happening simultaneously and she helped alleviate this big concern. Through and through you can tell they care and are happy to serve!

Todd, Kathy, Jonathan and team are wonderful. I was having furnace issues and contacted my home warranty. They referred me to Cool Operator. They were very responsive and came out right away. This was important being that I have a newborn at home and my heat was not working in the start of winter. Sadly, my issue with my furnace was not covered under my warranty, but Jonathan was able to temporarily fix the issue. Todd was quickly able to give me 3 different options and thoroughly explained these options. We opted to go with a new furnace. I do have to say the level of customer service is exceptional. Todd was emailing me back instantly both on Friday night and Saturday night and I was truly grateful. I have never experienced that level of concern and customer service from any company. Our new furnace is working perfect and would definitely recommend Cool Operator.

They showed up early. Got my old ac out and new one in in about 4 hrs. We're very nice and courteous. Showed care with floors. Getting the parts for new system into the shop to bring out to install was a challenge, but I blame Lennox for that.

Kathy and Todd were awesome - helping us walk through a warranty claim. They were knowledgeable and brought some insight to the process that allowed us to make an appropriate decision. They turned it around as fast as the warranty company would let them, arrived on time and installed professionally & quickly. Highly recommend them!

Cool Operator has worked on my furnace and AC many times over the years, through Home Warranty of America. Todd is always prompt and professional. I really like their text system for communicating, I was alerted of the approximate arrival time of the technician when he was on the way during the time window. Todd always assesses the situation thoroughly. He provides a clear explanation of the problem and how it was, or will be resolved. He is also happy to answer any questions, he is patient, and makes sure everything is to the customer's satisfaction. I would highly recommend Cool Operator.
