Nathan and Cole were very professional when they came to clean my chimney. They put down a mat in front of the fireplace and wore shoe covers to keep everything clean inside the house. After finishing the chimney sweep, they made sure to tidy up so well that you couldn't even tell anyone had been there—except now my fireplace looks amazing. The service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this company and plan to use their chimney cleaning services again in the future.

I called and spoke with Jaime recently to arrange a chimney sweep appointment. Jaime was very friendly and got us scheduled quickly. While out shopping in Cardiff, we stopped by the shop to learn more about fireplace maintenance and ask about gas log options before our appointment. Called Cali Clean because they were a local company. Needed my chimney swept, thought to try a different company. They did schedule me in right away and came the next day, though about 1 hour later then the 2 hour window. The fellow that showed up was a nice and polite, but he was a subcontractor out of Concord.! I live in Santa Rosa. After the inspection he offered me a quote for $1600.00, which included some minor patch work which really wasn't needed, a new hood also not needed. So I told him I just want the chimney cleaned. But the charge for that was $450.00, which is allot more than I ever paid, but our chimney hood was clogged so we had to get it done. Their cleaning method of sweeping from up from the stove left allot of soot on our living room floor that we had to clean up. I'll be going back to our previous guy. As of Feb 19 I'm dropping this rating another point, I got totally taken by these guys. Now 1 month later I'm having the very same problem I called them for, our wood stove is back drafting into the house. Be sure to ask if your getting the Cali Team or a farmed out service, what a rip off.!
