Daniel and Christian were amazing. They showed up right on time, identified the issue with the dryer and even retrieved a brush that was lost in the vent. Would highly recommend Air Doctor for anyone who is having issues with their dryer

We called Air Doctor this more to make an appointment to get our air ducts cleaned and was able to have it done today! The guys who came out were on time, very friendly and worked efficiently. We highly recommend them

I always say customer service is a dying art… well Air Doctor is keeping it alive and well. It started from the excellent phone handling with Tammy, scheduling the visit for a very complicated situation with my dryer and venting in San Francisco and the eventual housecall with Alejandro and Daniel. They kept me informed every step of the way, up until their arrival and found a solution when it proved that we wouldn’t be able to access the back of the dryer. They performed the job well above the call of duty and cleaned up the job afterwards leaving no trace behind except for a beautifully working dryer and vent. They were good natured, friendly and communicated with me and my crew onsite- didn’t judge me for not having cleaned my vent in several years. I felt safe and comfortable in my own home, especially as a woman. I will certainly be using them again when I replace my roof and need to clean out all my other vents.

Second time using this company. The team called ahead with arrival info, showed up having read the prior year’s report on our system and were ready to work. Great result and good debrief afterwards about what they found and recommendations.

Had another great experience. The guys were on time, professional and efficient, I’ll definitely use Air Doctors again. A few suggestions would be to charge a small cleaning fee, once the machine was pulled back from the wall I realized how dirty it was back there, maybe for a small fee the area around the machine could be cleaned? Also, I’d sign up for a yearly reminder that I was due for my cleaning if that’s something that could be offered as well.

I think we are going on six years of using Air Doctor to clean our dryer vent. Every single time the service has been absolutely wonderful. Very polite, prompt and communicative technicians. All around great experience every single time!!

Excellent experience with Air Doctor! We had an old long Mylar dryer duct and outdoor vent replaced with rigid metal ducting. Tami at the office was so helpful to get things scheduled. Ryan and his coworker were very professional, efficient, and arrived on time. Pricing was transparent and competitive with other quotes I reviewed. Would definitely recommend Air Doctor and would use again in the future!

The Air Doctor team was exceptional, from Tammy, who took care of coordinating the appointments and answering questions, to the timely and thorough service that Ryan and Daniel provided! Five star service all around for cleaning my dryer vent! It was extremely helpful to coordinate five neighbors to get this service done together for a safer block!

If you are looking for dryer vent/duct cleaning, Air Doctor is a great choice! My experience with Air Doctor was excellent in every way. First - their service area is broad - the entire Bay Area. Second, Tammy & their office staff is amazing. They picked up the call right away, and had someone out the very next morning. They explained the process clearly, including that the technicians would call 20 mins or so before arriving. Every part of that process happened. The technicians also took the time to explain what they were doing and the process, and cleaned up afterwards. I am super happy with Air Doctor and will call them again when my dryer vent/duct needs cleaning. 5 star service!

The two man crew arrived on time and cleaned all ten of the air ducts. They unplugged some outlets to plug their machine in and moved a few things for access. They were fast and no overspray of dust escaped into the house. They were able to clean all the dust out with in an hour. They were friendly and polite. I moved a few items back in place and plugged in a couple lights and radios and the job was done. I am very happy with the way the whole job went. I will be calling them back to do it again next year. It’s a bit more expensive than I thought it would be, but it is worth the money to keep a healthy house. I recommend Air Doctor !!

Air Doctor staff was on time, courteous, and thorough. I had my dryer vent, cleaned by them. They discovered my dryer was not hooked up properly and changed the connector and installed it correctly. Prior to booking the appointment, the services were thoroughly explained and pricing established. The technicians charged me less than what was quoted because the extension ladder was not needed for a second story. I would use them again and recommend them.

Today we had Air Doctor come clean out our dryer vent. Definitely a very good experience. Prompt, polite and professional company from my phone call with Tammy to the fellows Ryan and Jordan who came to do the service. I'm a pleased customer for sure.

Excellent and friendly service by a fine young man by the name of Daniel. He cleaned out the 16' dryer vent and removed gobs of wet lint as well as repaired part of the ductwork. The airflow is 100% improved and he gave me peace of mind that the moisture in the vent will disapate now that the air is flowing properly. The final price was a little high but weigh this against the price of a house fire and it isn't so bad. Considering the amount of work involved including crawling under the house and dealing with 90-degree bends along 16', I think the price was appropriate. Highly recommend both cleaning the dryer vent regularly and Air Doctor.
