Our house was getting smokey so we called Captain Kirk who was referred to us by Parsons. He was on time, did a lot of research and walked through everything why it might be smokey, cleaned it, looked at the flu switch and was over the top detailed. I highly recommend them!

We needed a sweep and parts replaced. Sweep was done in the summer. There was a delay in getting the certain stove replacement parts from the manufacturer. Tara and Kim kept us updated on the situation and fit us into the schedule once the parts arrived. Kirk was conscientious of our home and was also friendly with our 4 dogs. Will use them again next spring/summer.

We use Captain Kirk's Chimney Services for our annual fireplace and chimney maintenance. Kirk was very professional, on time, and the services performed were worth the price. I highly recommend Kirk for your fireplace and chimney service needs.

I really hate writing bad reviews. I really hate it! However, Kirk, a couple of years ago, installed a Solartube to cover the hole left in my roof when he took out my wood stove. When this tube first leaked, he repaired it, then suggested that I paint over the stain left behind. The second time it leaked, this past winter at 10:15 pm on a Sunday during one one of our atmospheric rivers, I could could only leave him a message. Pieces of my ceiling were falling down. I was able to contact another agency to patch the leak. When he did call me back, Kirk very kindly told me that he would reimburse me for the expenses to do the repairs, that he stood behind his work.

this work cost approximately a $1000 and included only a leak repair and ceiling patches. It does not include painting over the ceiling as I had not done this previously.

However, when I called, 3 times over the last 3 weeks and emailed the invoices twice, in case they did not get them, I have not heard anything! Not even an acknowledgment. My next step will be small claims court. And as I've said previously, I really hate needing to do this! kind of a review But feel I have few options.
