He showed me on his scope camera the clogged dryer vents and was able to remove a significant amount of lint from my exterior vent right there in minutes. Arthur was not only friendly and professional but also cleaned up after completing the job. His pricing is fair, never attempting to upsell unnecessary services. His commitment to delivering professional, locally-focused service is appreciated in today's world of subcontracting sales people trying to give you the cheapest service so they can make a buck.

Arthur was GREAT! He came the same day we called. He had all his tools with him. Got to work on my issue right away. Cleared my dryer air duct in less than 20 min (it was badly clogged)- showed me it was clear with a camera, replaced my dryer pipe at cost, and DONE. He was professional, very nice, knowledgeable! Called Arthur this morning regarding my dryer vent being clogged and he was out at my place by this afternoon. He cleaned the vent professionally and thoroughly, completely explaining the process and the reasoning behind his actions. He even drove to Lowe's to buy me a new dryer vent as my old one was not doing the job to his satisfaction. He was so amazing, I hired him to come out and clean the vents for my AC!

Arthur and his team are incredible! So friendly and knowledgeable. They showed us everything step by step, and they worked very hard on a blockage that seemed unfixable. The price is very fair especially for the amount of time they were here. I would definitely recommend them and we will be using them whenever we need servicing!

Had Arthur come out and check out my air duct for my laundry. It was a unique duct, and he was able to handle it in a timely manner. I saw the duct through his equipment, and it was cleaned. Arthur from “do it right” was amazing! I didn’t know anything about having to have your dryer vents cleaned out that it had been 9 years. He deep cleaned everything and showed me the camera down the duct to confirm. Best guy for the job.

After getting an alert on our dryer machine and noticing constant issues with our dryer actually fully drying our clothes, we called Arthur to see if he could come check our vents for blockage. He was available to come within 3 hours of our call and thank God because he unclogged it all. There were bird nests and excessive lint that was the reason for our dryer not functioning properly. We are grateful that we never experienced a tragic fire as a result of this. We didn’t realize that this was a regular service we should have been getting for our dryer at least yearly. Now we know and are happy to work with Arthur again. His pricing is reasonable, he is honest and professional. Thanks again Arthur!

Hands down, this was the best customer experience I’ve ever had. I first booked Arthur for a simple dryer vent cleaning, and that went so well I immediately asked if the air conditioning vents could get the same treatment.

He worked like a machine but still managed to be one of the friendliest, kindest, most professional people I’ve met.

The air conditioning vents are spotless, my dryer is running like new, the price was very affordable, and I’m officially spoiled. I don’t ever want to call anyone else.

Arthur was responsive, on time, very professional, fair and honest in pricing and went above and beyond to ensure all of our ducts/vents were completely and properly cleaned. He took the time to educate us on the process and what cleaning solution he would be using. We can’t say enough about how great it was that we found Arthur to clean our dryer vents and air ducts. We were remiss in not doing this for a while and Arthur did a thorough job at removing the large amount of lint in our dryer ducting. He was incredibly thorough and professional. He came out the day after we called, showed up on time and was a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend him!

This is one of the best services I have ever had. Arthur is professional and a perfectionist who loves what he’s doing and wants total customer satisfaction. He goes above and beyond to complete his job and he actually does more than what he is supposed to just to make sure everything functions the best. I used his company for HVAC duct and vent cleaning. He was punctual, professional, and clean. He used shoe covering and he cleaned up after his service. Thanks to his service my air circulation is clean, sanitize, my coughs have stopped , and my dryer has been working perfectly again drying my clothes in one cycle instead of three because the vent was clogged completely before! If I could give more stars, I would totally do that! I will definitely use his services again!

I’m extremely happy with the dryer vent cleaning service! Apparently my vent had several bends behind the wall which made the cleaning a bit complicated but Arthur was very knowledgeable, thorough, professional, and honest throughout the entire process. The work was done carefully, and he was extremely clean and respectful of my home. Everything was explained clearly, and the results were excellent. I highly recommend his services!

I called this company a month ago to get my chimney sweep they booked an appointment the office was super easy to book an appointment the day after the technician was on time did also a full chimney level 2 inspection saying the chimney is great condition all I need is a good cleaning for the fireplace the technician went straight to work did a Clea job ´making sure my furniture is also clean by all 10/10 for there amazing service I will definitely use them again for they chimney sweep services and the contractor was sunny he did a great job also

I called them to do a chimney inspection the technician said the chimney is safe to use did not try to push me extra stuff or add me stuff I do not need by all great service and I will use the chimney geek LLC
