Poli of Eco Grizzly Chimmey Sweep clean our chimney, added a chimney damper, put in a new chimney cap, sealed off the cracks on a couple of bricks, and sprayed a protective coat on the bricks of the chimney. The job is well done and efficient.👍

Eco Grizzly restored my 1916 fireplace outside and inside. There was a stubborn damper blocking the midsection which took extra manpower to remove, and they did not try to charge me for additional hours, as I have experienced with other contractors. Everyone who worked on the project was professional and clear. Would highly recommend!

The sales and installation support were excellent. I didn't proceed with Eco Grizzly because their total pricing for sweeping and log sets were just priced uncompetitively.

They filled my whole house with soot. Extremely unprofessional. They had no idea what they were doing. Soot was pouring out of the chimney and filling the air with no proper ventilation. They didn’t even put covers on my couch. They only turned on their air vacuum and covered the couch after I complained. They poisoned my house and will never use them again.

Eco Grizzly did a great job getting our fireplace box/chimney cleaned up and running, including a beautiful new gas log set. Jack started us out with an excellent consultation, inspection and fairly priced bid. Moses the owner was there to kindly answer our questions as was Jack who was always available to us. Poli and his partner also did a great job completing the work that we needed done. They almost always answered the phone and were readily available to us. We highly recommend this company and will use them again in future if the need arises.

I recently had a fire chimney inspection done by them, and I am extremely satisfied with their service. From start to finish, the experience was professional and efficient.

We dealt with Jeff from the initial inspection to the job being completed. He is very professional, friendly and efficient. All communication with Eco Grizzly has been great. Our chimney & fireplace (gas) was serviced for 1st time in over 30 yrs! Now we can safely enjoy our fireplace, just cannot wait for winter! Here are the before (brass)and after (black) pics.

Daniel and Gerson from Eco Grizzly came to do a chimney sweep … They took a look at the situation, advised me of my options, worked with me on pricing and they got the job done. I would have these guys come again. I have a fireplace working again! Gerson was especially good at explaining the process to me- patient, empathetic and thorough.

Moses was so thorough with the chimney inspection and detailed with his explanations which I appreciated. The manager Jonathan was very kind and detailed as well with any follow up questions we had. The work that was performed took 4hrs and they did the following: crown resurface, deep clean the chimney system, applying smoketite to the smoke chamber, also breastplate and joint repair. Chris and Daniel were the two main technicians performing the work (management stopped by too and did some work and check on things which was great). Chris and Daniel explained exactly what they were going to do and reviewed it again once or was complete. They were very punctual, polite and hard workers and cleaned everything up really well once they were done. I highly recommend Eco Grizzly!

Met and talked with several chimney/fireplace repair and restoration businesses over the past several months. Jonny really listened and provided options to design a solution for my home. He has done a fantastic job of providing detail on questions, responding to calls, and in reviewing every step of the process and timeline. Looking forward to having the work completed over the next few weeks and will update when the process is complete.

Nov. 2022 Update: Process took longer due to issues with the city to obtain proper required permits. When we finally had permits in place - Jonny and team were ready to go and completed installation in mid-November. Team worked for a week to complete the job and were flexible with additional changes along the way. Appreciate the team removing an old satellite dish off the roof and removing items from the roof. Happy to reccomend Eco-Grizzly for fireplace replacement services. The office staff and team are friendly, respond to calls and emails quickly and provide a quality product for their customers.

We had to raise our roof, therefore the chimney had to be raised as well. We got several quotes and even though the rate was a bit higher we opted to go with Eco Grizzly because they were going to give us what we wanted. I'm so satisfied with the work and would recommend them to anyone that needs to have their chimney worked on.
